Worth it's valie

Staff are very friendly, from the receptionist till the waiter. Money wise it is good. Rooms are clean.

Well they provide u with a shoe cleaner, a comb but their soap is weird. No tooth brush nor tooth paste. Their menu card doesnt have many items. If u have sleep issues then back street noise or noise in the corridor will be an issue.

The Stay was not upto my expectations.

The Staff was Good The location was Good The ambiance of the reception area corridors were good. The food was tasty.

The Extra small rooms. The in efficient heating system. The broken door locks. The electrical signals outside rooms were not operational. There wasn't any exhaust in washroom. No smart LED in room only a flat screen cable TV. No car wash facility.

Superb

The staff is very professional and extremely helpful. The location is accessible from gulberg & banks, food joints, bakeries, pharmacy everything is on the walking distance.

Staff was not cooperating During Booking they accepted early check in but over charged for just 16 hours stay

Miss committed on phone call the receptionist said , Rome is available for early check in but when I reached so they were making lame excuses just for over charging

There happened to be a nationwide blackout on this particular day (Jan'23) , however this place had backup electrical generators to keep my stay unaffected. Great stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to all. Staff took care of the requests well, both before & after arrival.
