The Villa was very good overall. However,We reported the Wasing machine didn't work when the agent met us on the Monday for the meet and greet. (We had arrived two days before on the Saturday 20/5/23)Someone from your office came later that day and also tried to ge it to work. We were told that a proper engineer was going to be called but this never happened and we were not told anything more,.It was disappointing that we had to wash our clothes by hand .

pool, balconies, most needed things were there. when i called and asked for an additional blanket, they delivered it. i liked that the refrigerator has ice machine in it. it was awesome that you had some basic food in the refrigerator, you could have had some salt and pepper in the kitchen, we had to buy our own. wifi down stairs was good

there was barely any toilet paper, we bought our own, the sunbeds could be better but were ok once you put your pool towel on it, they could offer pool towels not require you to bring your own. the customer representative was supposed to come next day but we were out at the time, this could be arranged better so we would not have to wait and guess when this is going to happen. wifi didnt really reach up stairs

Very clean and comfortable. No major issues, small one resolved promptly. Athena was fabulous with any questions we had. Great location , access to everything but still quiet. Arranged taxi and very informative.

Very nice villa in very quiet place! There are all needed facilities and kind and helpful stuff! 7 min by walk to the beach. 5 min to the restaurant and shops. 5 min be car to supermarket. NOTE: don’t forget to put key-holder into special place near to the entrance - it’s affect on electricity and water (exactly as magnetic card in hotels).

Perfect location . Clean house. Everything you need is there. Excellent service by "Imagine Villas" stuff. Relaxing mood throughout the stay. We will be back FOR SURE.

Water pressure pump turned off or nonexistent so we had to run water twice as long to rinse anything. Ants in kitchen and main bedroom.
