Friendly staff, I had stayed at suite room it had own kitchen with all utensils. Prefect for a family. All the furniture are really good.

Roof painting in bedroom was little come off. 2nd floor don't have a lift.

The staff is friendly and nice! Didn’t expect the room would be so clean and comfortable and newly renovated! Kitchen is fine, all types of cooking utensils are free to use! And complimentary scones were yum!!!!! If I have the chance I will definitely come here again! Value for money! :)

Did the job. Somewhere to sleep. Franz Josef is a small place so location was fine. Quiet. Had a hot tub.

A little noisy at times as the room was near reception.

It’s located Right in town, close walking distance to Four Square, restaurant and bar, and attractions around. Nice staffs, clean and neat kitchen. They’re on the way to make it even better with a popcorn machine station in the lounge, coffee maker, TVs, broadband and books. You’re warmly welcome to have a scone with some butter and jams from the Reception when you’re arrived. Amazing!

No EV charge for electric cars, No laundry & dryer

Room was adequately furnished, and clean.

The thin floorboards and walls. Floors were creaking every time someone walked.

The property itself was ok. Basic, quiet and well-located. That said, there are three or four other comparable or better options within steps of this place. A very negative experience with the staff ruined my stay. They billed my card for two rooms and refused to rectify the billing error. The lack of professionalism in addressing the situation was shocking. They basically told me tough luck and were unwilling to address their error. I would highly recommend avoiding this property. I have never been treated so badly in my life. I contacted Booking.com who say they will contact the property to rectify the billing situation, but they also recommended disputing the charge with my bank. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. The management here is lacking in integrity. Save yourself the potential headache.

It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, and the baths and showers were clean. The common room Was large and comfortable. Primrose, the hostess, was perfect! She is a great ambassador for this location. She has a wonderful smile for the guests and provides terrific suggestions for what to do and see in the area. She made us feel very welcome and a made sure we were happy with the accommodations.

Die Lage ist gut, Küche gut ausgestattet

Im Zimmer roch es beim einchecken nach Schweiß. Das lag wohl daran, dass das alte Handtuch vom Vorgänger am Haken hing. Wir haben keine frischen Handtücher bekommen. Zu der Zeit als wir anwesend waren (17:30 h bis 9:00 h nächster Tag) war niemand an der Rezeption, zum Glück hatten wir Reisehandtücher dabei. Im Bett waren einige haare, ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es frisch überzogen war. Sauberkeit von Bad und Toilette hätte besser sein können. Sehr hellhörige Unterkunft, selbst als (normalerweise) tiefer Schläfer sind wir durch die Geräusche aus dem Stockwerk darüber um 5 Uhr aufgewacht). Trotzdem des relativ günstigen Preises würden wir nicht unbedingt nochmal kommen.

Any Of the charging points at our room was not working.however, it was working in other part of the premises..we were not able to charge our mobiles or any battary item due to this in our room. I asked the staff for help and she responded that she's not able to find the fault and she will return some amount cz of this discomfort . We had to keep standing at the reception area to get our mobile charged. Next day, we asked the same staff for help again but she directly denied for help and not refunded us a single penny as she promised.

Zimmer ansprechend, Dusche sehr gut, Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr respektvoller Umgang zwischen den Gästen, insbesondere hat jeder alles sauber hinterlassen.

Il personale è poco oresente. Arrivati alle 16.30, ad accoglierci non c'era nessuno anche se ci era stato detto di arrivare entro le ore 17 oer trovare qualcuno. La colazione in cucina (toast, burro e marmellata) é stata resa disponibile in ritardo rispetto all'ora prevista, creando disagio a chi aveva programmato escursioni. Bagno piccolo, lavandino piccolissimo.

No hot water for our stay so we couldn’t shower at night. Had to wet a hand town and wipe our self down for the shower.

Great value for money and comfy beds. The free breakfast was an added bonus!

The person who checked us in was so welcoming and kind. We fortunately came for two nights on a quiet week so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Free breakfast was great and the communal area was nice and tidy. The location was perfect.

Everything was exceptional.

Nice hostel with very well equipped kitchen: plenty of pots/pans, dishes etc, tidy and clean, kitchen towels are changed regularly, large fridge. Bread, jam, cereals etc offered at breakfast. Staff very kind, available, and reactive.

Nice room, great lounge and dining area and nice big kitchen for cooking in. Great location.

Good kitchen facilities and location. Kitchen, Beth rooms and room were clean.

Room had a smokey smell like old cigarettes. I think it was just my room, possibly the blanket. Would recommend taking earplugs as footsteps in room above can be heard from the room.

There is a simple continental breakfast. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Ample parking close to the center of town.

As we arrived late, keys were left at the entrance box which was easy to find and hotel left good msg to follow thru. The only issue is there is no indication as to how to get into the building(actually one of the keys was the entrance door key)so we actually have to go to ask people in the kitchen in the building opposite. Fortunately they know about the entrance key but if in the txt msg mention is made of they entrance door key then it will be a lot easier.

The rooms were clean and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit hectic as there was some sort of problem.
