Everything was good. We get to check in early at 1:30pm. We're having fun stay at your hotel. Will repeat to stay again in future.
The shower curtain not function at all. No plastic at Dustbin so we just throw all the garbage inside it.

1. Clean and well maintained.

1. Room was a bit dimmed. Lighting allows shadows or dark spot in the room.
2. Power socket is only on one side of the king size bed.
3. There is no hand and face towels.
4. Lifts can be slow during peak hours.
5. Area is surrounded with traffic jams if you’re driving in and out of the hotel.

The room, bathroom, the view from the room. Everything was perfect. Requested for an iron and ironing board, the staff delivered to our room within 5 minutes. 🥰

Breakfast was good/delicious and variety. I love the scramble egg the most. So many shop/restaurant nearby hotel. Take less than 10 min walk to Dataran Pahlawan.

Location....food and malls are all a short walk away.
The room assigned to me was not as good as previous rooms. The couch was missing. The chain latch was not working. Hot water for the shower took a long time to arrive. Nevertheless, I always enjoy my stay there coz of the location and the friendly staff. I hope this is a rare occurrence and certainly look forward to staying there again.

I very disappointed with this 4 Star Hotel! 11.18 early in the morning me and my boyfriend having supplement, 1 of the Cleaner is open our door without permission & knock the door with 2 times! Can you hear we are talking inside? you open our door and 1st question is you guys extend the hours?not say sorry first?is this 4 star hotel training provided? I'm very disappointed!

Lobby breakfast and cutlery run out fast at 9am plus. Would appreciate quick replenishment as crowds are still coming in.

The location is pretty OK if you have own transport.
The hotel was previously managed by Novotel, but i guess after MCO for 2 years, it has been taken over by Noble and the hotel was not well managed, the bedding were soft, the pillow has half of it, in which the pillow casing was full pillow size and folded.
The toilet flush was not properly function.
Overall, it was quite disappointed experience.
