Very friendly staff, comfy bed and good value for money

The location was great for our boat to Gili T, had ocean views and the decor was cool Greek vibes!

Air con was real bad, it was so hot in the room. Tv did not work, cockroaches in the bathroom and no shower curtain. There are many cockerels near by so we were woken at 5:30am. Would only take cash, understandable as it’s a remote part of the island but I don’t believe we were made aware of this in advance. We booked junior suite, we’re given a deluxe room for the price of junior suite and when I questioned it I was told they are the same. Our ‘balcony/terrace’ was not private and does not look like the photos. Photos have grass and look very pretty, in reality it is accessible to all guests with just 2 chairs on the concrete. Don’t believe I got what I was advertised/what I paid for.

Personal was friendly and it was next to the fast boat.

Everything. cost cheap. staff warm and honest, strong inside. Cleaning very good. large room comfortable bed. Just the best in Serangan.

I wanted to stay more but no time

Worth more than the price

Room clean and comfort. The TV works which is rare in Indonesian hôtels. Beautiful view on the harbor and also very nice rooftop ! Very intersting location next to the fast boat to gili islands

The pool is very small for such many rooms. Except the fast boat to gili islands, there is litterally nothing to do in the vicinity. No lift (for the luggage). No hot water during the evening and only à few in the morning.

Unfortunately, I only arrived one night and left the next morning on a boat for the Gili's. I did not have time to enjoy the lovely amenities--like the pool and the terrace overlooking the bay. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I only had to walk about 500 meters to the pier to meet my boat.
