the room and the amenities, cosy and Sardinian style art, Ideal location, ease of parking close by, comfortable bed and shower. arrangement to hang clothes outside the window. lot of good restaurants and bars nearby.
response from the owner (we had to wait 30min at the door before the owner to show up) even after communication of our arrival time. basic breakfast. hotel like feeling. the light from the AC during the night. Inconvenient to charge phones while you are not in the room as the key need to be indoor all the time for the room's electricity supply.

Breakfast was fabulous. A 7 min walk to the centre of the town and restaurant area. Parking in the street. Very helpful staff.

Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. Well equipped with fridge and mini freezer space, hairdryer etc. Lovely breakfast. The room serving breakfast was on the top floor manned by two lovely ladies. Good location short walking distance near the old town.
No outdoor space whatsoever. There was no parking but we didn’t fail to park outside in the lane or at the end of the street in the square.

dirty bed - a lot of hair on it, stiff pillows, high humidity - wet towels/clothes haven't dried in two days, tiny tv bearly visible from across the room

a really nice place, located in the center of the city with an easy access to the beach. loved the place and the people there, they were very nice with us

Everything. Small, beautiful, cosy hotel with great breakfasts and located almost in the centre of Orosei.
Staff was very helpful, however they could be more initiative regarding food/sightseeing recommendations. It was really minor issue - it is rather an advice for the hotel to become even better rather than complaint.

The room and the bathroom are very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
The view from the balcony is upon some ruins. We needed an iron and the lady wasn’t willing to help us. They seem upset when you ask them for something.

The location was amazing. Close to the center but not super close to hear the noise.

The only thing is that the bed was not extremly comfortable.

The B&B was in a good location, close to the centre of town. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very nice. Parking is on street, subject to normal availability of street parking, but we always managed to find a spot in the road where the B&B was located. Will stay there again if I visit the area in the future.
It has no lift, and the beds were a little stiff. The stairs are comfortable, so carrying the bags was doable.
