ruhige und sehr gute Lage nicht weit vom Strand. in der Nähe ein Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke, Strand. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hof, welches durch ein Tor verschlossen ist. Schöne grüne Anlage. Die Vermieterin Rosalien eine sehr nette und freundliche Frau ist sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. WhatsApp zu jeder Zeit. Die Möbel ist gut aufgestellt und minimalistisch. Ist aber alles notwendige da! Zimmer wird auf Bitte gereinigt (Montag, Mittwoch oder Freitag). Klimaanlage, Ventilator, Fön, Antimückenanlage, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrietfach, Top Internetverbindung.

Küchenzubehör (Löffel, Gabel, Messer, Gläser) ist etwas veraltet aber ok.

Beautiful small villa complex 5 minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. Secure parking onsite, lovely gardens, very quiet, immaculately clean and lovely staff. Well equipped small kitchen and nice bathroom. Excellent value for money. So good we have booked a second stay

Not to my expectations. The shower was very small. No hand-held shower heads, which was a disappointment. The kitchen sink was in an awkward place. Making it difficult to wash dishes/hands. Lighting wasn't bright at all. I was told to return the place as I got it.

The location of the apartment is perfect! The host is kind and available!

The apartment was very diry and a bit old.

Very Clean Apartment, very secure. The owner was very friendly. Wifi worked well. The Kitchen is well equipped and has all one needs to cook. Air conditioning was also provided. The TV was a smart TV. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the beach , the next bus stop and a big supermarket.

The bedroom is not completely independent from the main living room (no door to close). Having one or two shelves in the bedroom would be useful.
