Great location - close to beach (not best swimming zone though), restaurants. Very clean. Has an elevator.

Need to go a little up a steep hill. Shower is not fenced off a lot - some water gets spilled.

We booked very last minute - we were stuck without a hotel when we missed the last ferry to our destination. Finding the apartment, which was close to the ferry port, was very easy and check-in was seamless. It was close to a number of bars and restaurants, so we were able to grab a delicious seafood dinner, followed by a relaxing drink before heading a few steps back to bed for a comfortable nights sleep.

We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer as we had to catch the first ferry to La Gomera in the morning.

property was in a good location and had everything nearby you need. apartment was clean and tidy and done me nicely for the 2 weeks :)

although there was a stove, there was no oven, or air fryer to cook with. which would’ve been helpful. the bed was also quite uncomfortable for me, but this is different for everyone.

Nice, quiet and fresh apartment, with sea view. Everything was in order, I didn't use the kitchen but there seemed to be things for cooking. Good position. Easy with the online check-in, more about this in the next box.

Check-in was a bit problematic but the staff helped. I booked the apartment for 2 people, but I was alone and when I was going to check in online, it didn't work for just one person. Mireya heard that I was tired and irritated and gave me the codes even though the check-in was not ready. Thanks for that.

No parking next to the apartment. There are parking spaces closeby though (5 min walk).

Beautiful apartment with a sea view. Central location, minutes from shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach.walkable from the bus station Owner happy to store our luggage on arrival and when departing Owner very helpful and responsive

It would have been helpful to have shower gel or soap to wash Shower difficult to manage.

Cozy apartment with a great host and top location, right in the center of the city and only a few minutes away from the beach. Close to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. For those planning to rent a car - there’s countless free parking spaces in the area, so super convenient to move around!

The property was easy to get to, and the host was more than happy to help, by phone. Clean, comfortable and really all you could ask for! The rooftop was superb, really great view.

Parts of the apartment and rooftop could be updated/modernised. Some photos on Booking.com were not true to life, for example, the rooftop beds were broking.

It's location is ideal for both los cristianos and Las Americas

The apartment was clean and tidy. The location was fine. The balcony was small but did catch the sun most of the day. The bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was very small. The towels need replacing as hardly absorbent. Needs some updating. Never saw Mireya, got the impression she was probably a Managing Agent for a number of properties and did know of restaurants close to the property and suggested TripAdvisor.

Room was clean, location was closed to main area of resort and beach, kitchen provided all necessary equipment.

Beds were very hard, old toiletries still in shower from previous guests no complimentary toiletries, the lock on the door to the balcony was very flimsy and felt unsafe as there is no safe to store valuable items. You receive an email the day before arrival stating it costs 50euro if you want to use hot tub for 2hrs! Rooftop area has blow up hot tub and 4 uncomfortable wooden sunbeds would be better to remove it znd invest in comfortable sunbeds. The local area can be a bit noisy at night but this is to be expected in a busy resort.

The location was very good in Los Cristianos and the check in and -out process was quite simple. I had smooth communication with the host on the day of arrival and by leaving the property.

The inside furniture seemed quite simple, though very cosy and well arranged. For me it was fully enough.

Great location only 5 minutes walk from the beach/promenade (although up a steep hill at end!) We didn't meet our host, but she provided very clear information about how to get in, where things were, etc. Apartment was quite small, but equipped with what we needed. Wifi good. Good local bars and cafes in adjacent streets away from the tourist restaurants on the front - can recommend the Cafe Italiano for breakfast coffee and croissant (if you can get a seat!) and the Jaleo/Juleo? bar for tapas

It was quite noisy both within the building and in the street outside (bin lorries collecting rubbish at 1am, deliveries being made at 4am!
