Comfortable apartment, fabulous location. Facilities were just what we needed. Parking around the corner was terrific. We would certainly stay there again.
Main bedroom door latch was broken and wouldn't stay closed without putting a chair against it. We were three 60 year olds and it just made life a little awkward.

We had NO idea how central our apartment would be!!
Leading up to the stay, it was very confusing dealing with all the "middle men" - Booking.com, Cotoon, Swikly and I believe another web portal.
I did not like having to take photos on arrival or departure as I was limited in the number I could take and still noticed some small issues over the time we stayed there and was not able to add them. I still think it would be best perhaps for a form to be left there that lists all the damages that you can check and confirm or comment on / add to. This would be similar to renting a car when all the scratches and dents are marked on the car for you to double check or add to.

The location can't get any better than this! Peeped out the large living area windows and you're practically IN the old town centre! Lovely, spacious, comfortable apartment with toiletries etc taken care of.
The weather was extremely hot, but thankfully there were fans. It can get a little uncomfortable during the day.

The apartments are bang city centre so everything is a walk away. Check-in and Check-out are safe and secure. The apartment has everything you'll need, just carry your grocery. The link received prior to check-in gives all the details that'll be required for having a comfortable stay. Make sure you book parking in advance through the link provided and you're set!

The location is exceptional! Is right in the middle of the old town. Never had a better location in Colmar!
Parking close to the appartment at the weekend is rather difficult.

The apartment was brilliantly located in the old town of Colmar. There was lots of space, with lots of comfortable seating and the kitchen was very well appointed. The key codes made life easy - once memorised!- and it was lovely to be welcomed with drinks and nibbles.
Not sure I needed quite so many e-mails before arrival but at least we knew exactly what to expect when we got to the apartment.

Location and the Schwendi bar and grill downstairs. Rostis are delicious. Hot chocolate there was phenomenal. Lots of Michellins in down; be sure to reserve. The location in the tanner's quarter with parking just out the back underground was great.
2 toilets. Ours had one. Not sure how this could be changed, but for the capacity fo the appartment a second loo would be useful. Stairs seemed a bit uneven going up and down. Again, likely outside the purveyance of Alsace Cotoon's control.

Comfortable apartment, spacious, warm. Fully furnished. Located in the heart of old city center. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Quiet at night.
Dishes, glasses and pots have been left dirty by the previous guest. I understand it's not always possible to check every detail upon guests checkout, but we had to clean everything before use.

Everything. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the Christmas markets, very nice welcome to Colmar. The apartment was very modern, nice and very well equipped. Most recommended.
There was difficulty in finding parking spots but it was only due to the fact that the roads were closed in the weekend and the markets.

Location
Run down property with damaged furniture including damaged fixtures & fittings. Entire apartment needing a thorough clean. No air conditioning only a selection of fans. Check out meant to be at 10:00hrs although cleaning staff entered property unannounced early whilst we were having breakfast.

Location is perfect for walking in the city center. There is a supermarket just below and the view from the apartment is excellent.
The lock of the door was not working and we had trouble getting in. We received too many emails regarding the same reservation and the instructions on how to get there were quite confusing.

Great location in the heart of Colmar. There was a great view of the center of the city and lots of restaurants were only a few steps away.
The fans and one portable air conditioner meant it was too warm much of the time. The parking was very cramped for our vehicle.

Very well equipped apartment including in the kitchen and with cleaning equipment etc. Great location, modern apartment.
We thought the chairs in the livingroom were for the kids. They are tiny and incredibly uncomfortable, leaving a sofa that seats 2 people as the main seating for 6 people. The photos show two sofas but sadly that is not the case.
I am also not a fan of being redirected to download an app for entry to the apartment. If we need an app for each place we stay on a trip it gets a bit much - not to mention the suspicion that all my info is being used and possibly sold by the app. Eventually I received a link to the app I could use in my browser to gain access to the apartment.

The location is amazing, with gorgeous views of the centre of Colmar. It was really central, with very convenient, with a supermarket right underneath the apartment. Very roomy apartment so we were able to get a huge space which is a luxury.
The hosts could have been more generous as we were given limited dishwasher cleaning tablets and also very limited laundry detergent. It is rather restraining with regards to cleaning the dishes and washing our clothes.

Fantastic location in the heart of old town. Easy to get the check-in information once you get to their app/site. Kitchen is very well equipped including a Nespresso. Very spacious living area. Key code for the building and the door. Windows on both sides of the building for good air flow.
Shower does not fit tall people very well.
