Not part of the Accor loyalty program, had to request 4 times an iron and ultimately had to go downstairs in-person to get one. Windows do not close and noise goes through. Bathroom was not clean

The staff were wonderful, the beds were comfortable and the place itself was beautiful.

It was disappointing that the staff did not mention the pool closure at the time of booking. This should be advertised online and over the phone. Also, the beds did not have any bedding when we arrived.

Swimming pool did not work. It was upsetting.

The food was really not tasty enough. There are night clubs nearby; so a bit noisy during nights.

Cleanliness

Since the hotel is located in a party area, it is very noisy at the evenings. Soundproofing does not help.

I liked the room where I stayed. It was nice and clean. The hotel’s territory was very clean and good, all that you needed is near from you.

When we checked into the hotel, we were told that the breakfast time was until 13.00, but they did not specify that it was only on January 1, on January 2 we were left without breakfast, as they are open until 10.30 in the morning. The pool was not working which was very disappointing for us. The sauna was already closed at 9 pm, and was supposed to be open until 9.30 pm.
