Pool was very nice and clean and we love to play there. Restaurants close to apartament and 5 min walk to beach which is very friendly for childrens. Price of whole stay.

A one misunderstending with hosts on the begining of stay. Apartaments should be more clean and hosts should sometime clean it during stay an fix things like broken light bulbs,hood and very messy AC.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is cool swimming pool with sunbeds, big umbrellas and tables, so it is possible to spend your time and eat meals outside. Friendly host with excellent English so there was no problem to communicate. Rooms were big enough. Fully equipped kitchens, comfortable beds. The apartments are located around 10 minutes walking distance from the local beach and a private beach (paid) of Zaton Holiday Resort, but we spent most of our time at Nin sandy beaches (10 minutes by car) - in 2021 parking for the whole day costs 30 HRK. A good idea with additional fridges (in the corridor outside the apartment) for each apartment.

Very poor quality of WIFI signal. Mosquitos. Air conditioning works well only for living room, not enough power for the bedroom.

The location was excellent, within few mins walk to the beach and the the zaton resort. The apartment was clean, well equipped, good size bedrooms, with aircons. The pool area was lovely and clean, good size adult pool & children pool. The owner was helpful and attentive, communication was excellent throughout.

The only thing would be the water pressure, and the temperature of the water, but I guess that has to do with the fact our apartment was on the 4th floor. Apart from that, all is good.

Great position of property, close to Petrcane and Nin. We were staying in the room in the attic. Possibility to use pool is awesome.

Aircondition in the rooms are not cooling the space good. Very warm. Even with extra cooling fan.

Close to Nin beaches. Nice view from balcony on the Velebit mountain. Friendly staf. Clean pool (watter not heated).

First night was bad - before we found out, that air-condition has no remote control and control is hidden directly on the unit under the cover. AC is working, but only for living room, not enough power for the bedroom. There are a lot of mosquitos and no mosquito nets in the windows - so you have trade of between mosquitos or fresh air in the night. There are 2 mosquitos “killer” with pods, but not working (we had our own one). There are a lot of smashed mosquitos on the walls from people, who let their windows opened in the evening/night...

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the swimming pool in front of the building with no doubts. And I should not forget about the kindness of the appartment owners - they are super nice to all the guests. It is completely worth the price of the appartment. Actually this was the second time we went there together with friends and I do believe this was not the last time.

Well, everything was really fine - except wifi tbh. The signal was too weak so we used data instead. And actually it was completely OK for us as we were able to enjoy our vacation full time - this is just a note for someone who would need to work from there from time to time and would rely on the wifi.

Staff was very kind. Room was clean and has TV and the fridge. Location is great, really near to Nin, Zaton, Petrcane, easy to find. Parking space included. Comfy bed.

Very small room that is very warm. Air condition didn’t work as it should. Fan helped during the night. Pool is closed in the evening and water is cold. Shared bathroom. Very little power plugins.

The location of the apartment was excellent. I like the pool in at the apartment.
