- Alice is a very kind host and put in a lot of effort to make us feel comfortable
- down-to-earth atmosphere
- they have a lovely cat on the property
- facilities: no fridge, no big mirror, no coffee machine / water kettle, only a 140cm bed
- we felt the value wasn’t good, we stayed at an other property close to Grasse and paid the same rate but our room and the facilities were considerably better
- in a residential area with nothing to do within walking distance -> car essential!
- check-in after 5pm only, instead of 3pm

This is a smart, clean and comfortable room. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
Nothing really, it was pretty much just the way we like it. Perhaps the bed could be a little more generous but I am being picky.

Beautifully appointed room decorated to reflect the colours and feeling of the region - soft elegance! It was nice that the room opened on to the garden terrace and a hearty breakfast was included. The hostess was welcoming and truly understands how to make guests comfortable.

We loved our stay in Mas Saint Antoine - the room was very pretty and comfortable, our hostess incredibly welcoming and the views from the garden during our lovely breakfast were breathtaking.

The owner had partial breakfast of fresh pastries, coffee,
fresh fruit, homemade jams, then explained the next course of French toast which she prepared.
The property has a lovely covered patio where you see the view of the city.
The property owner is so friendly and accommodating.
We loved it. It’s a 11 out of 10!

Alice who owns this place was so sweet and personable. The room was cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view of the grounds. Breakfast was fantastic and it's very close to restaurants which we walked to. Beautiful area and quiet which we really enjoyed after staying in the louder cities.
No complaints.
