I visited this property with a friend but unfortunately had to leave early as we felt completely unsafe. Our apartment was down an alleyway that leads to the beach. Although it is well populated during the day and early evening, at nighttime it’s very dark and quiet around this area. On our third night we were followed home by a man who sat outside our property the whole evening. We thought he would go; but he woke us up three times throughout the night by banging on the gate & by talking on the phone. When we left the following morning at 10:30 he was still sat in the same position, where he leered at us and then followed us around town in his car. Since he knew where we lived and had been stalking us for the past 18 hours we had no other choice but to move hotels. We were really creeped out by this point & had hardly slept that night. When we contacted the owner saying our safety had been compromised, and as a result we had to leave early and if he could please refund the last nights we would not be staying so we could pay for somewhere else, he refused. Even though we explained the full situation, he did not care & simply told us there was a “guardian” staying near us that we could contact. The entrance to the alleyway leads straight into the house, and we were worried the man could have been waiting for us around the hidden corner as he had been getting progressively more threatening. That would lead us no time to call the guardian, moreover it also meant we were reliant on the guardian being awake whenever we would leave the house. The complete disregard for guests’ safety was really disappointing. In the end we reported the man to the police as we had his number plate & paid for a new hotel. As it was really last minute it proved an expensive fix & was super clear that we only wanted this refund to stay somewhere else, which we believe is reasonable. It’s worth mentioning We were only asking £240 of the £650 stay to be refunded.

The view, one of Taorminas best. Get up early and see the sunrise. Amazing. I see many complain of too hard bed, for me it was a bit to soft. Great room, we stayed for 9 nights an clean sheets and towels day 5. Great service from the personel.

I kind of not userfriendly funitures inside. Missed a parasole outside. Really hot allready at 06:30 am.

location and beautiful views

Everything ! View, comfort, communication via whatsup in English, payment by card, late check out, basics for breakfast furnished, location not far from the center, right next to the path to the beach. Did I mention THE VIEW ??? The best in Taormina! Go for it !

As the building is old, there is a specific smell as you enter, but not very disturbing, Goes away with some air

The view was beautiful, kitchen well equipped

Poor cleaning, the towels were dirty and the bedsheets were dirty. They did not change them. Also there were dead bugs on the floor everywhere. It is not close to the beach

The best views in Taormina, we could have not asked for a better place to stay. Fabio was very accomodating and helped with anything we needed. Perfect couples retreat!

This accomodation offers a wonderful view to the sea, it has a nice terrace where you can enjoy your meals or a glass of wine. The rooms are spacious, both have AC, the kitchen is well equiped for home cooking. The location is great, as you can easily walk down the stairs to the beach. To come back is easier to take the furnicular, which is also near the appartment. The city center is also at walking distance.

The appartment is surrounded by lush vegetation which is pretty but also attracts lots of mosquitos and other insects, especially if its summer. If you don't have a problem with it then nothing to worry about.

Great view and very confortable

Not easy to find. A little bit far from the historical center, but we can say it's a good price for the view and the silence at night.
