The view was wonderful. Apartment had good energy and lighting.
Beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Location is unbeatable. We were jet lagged so got to see the Colosseum from the windows at all hours of the day without having to step out.
It was also walkable to nearby eateries and close to a church with Michael Angelo sculpture.
No complaints. It would be nice to add indoor blinds on the windows - I know that takes from the aesthetics of the picture frame window but easier than reaching out and trying to close shutters.

Very old building. AC didn’t work most the time. Elevator was extremely small to bring luggage up

let’s be honest, you cannot beat the view from your room.
was very clean and we would stay here again.
while booking a room it was important for us to be able to leave our luggage somewhere the next day during checkout, upon contacting amazing colosseum they told us it would be fine to leave it in our room until 13:00 as we had a tour at 7am for the Vatican.
upon checking in we were told this wasn’t true as they had someone checking in at 12:30 (i still had the messages to show as proof).

They should get a few more items for kitchen like toaster , coffee machine and a few more utensils. They should also consider double glazing to dampen the city sounds a little.

The view was amazing, so special waking up to this every morning.

cannot get a better location than this! BEAUTIFUL views with beautiful windows to enjoy them all! manager was so helpful and informative with any questions we had. Will definitely be back!

the location and how clean it was.. Giuseppe contacted us immediately after we booked the room to check if we would like to have a taxi from the airport.. the check in process was fast .. but the checkout is the best 😍 Giuseppe also was so kind to give us some suggestions of places to visit and he marked them on the map. also gave us some names of restaurants.
the bellows were not comfortable but overall we enjoyed it

It could have used a regular coffee maker and more lighting in the kitchen/living area but that is so minor compared to the pluses.

Very clean and spacious property and super close to everything. The pictures are very real in the listing. Also, the property has all the amenities for a family.

The accommodation lived up to it's name - Amazing. Location was perfect, everything inside the apartment was great, beds comfortable, cleanliness, facilities, all second to none. There is nothing negative to say. Stay here if you have the opportunity.
The only very minor negative was there were not enough chairs around the table for the number of guests in the apartment. We were a party of 7 and the table only has 6 chairs.
