Great location for a city trip, lots of shop, restaurants and cultural attractions nearby . Apartment has plenty of room for 3-4 people

Neighbours were very loud between 12:00 and 2:30 am , we could hear them very clearly

Excelente trato. La persona encargada de la entrada y salida del apartamento, tuvo un par de detallazos con nosotros, los cuales se lo agradecimos mucho. Muy buena ubicación, calle con nada de ruidos, apartamentos tal y como aparecen en las fotos, todo genial, para repetir.

Wir waren zu viert hier 2 Nächte. Ausgewählt wegen der Lage - wir kannten die Stadt schon. Die Suite hat alles gehalten, was sie versprochen hat. Und der Vermieter war überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend. Eindeutige Empfehlung. Persönlicher Tipp: die Bar bei der Börse, die auch nach ihr bennant ist. La Llonja. Innen urig. Tapas gut und preiswert. Getränke bezahlbar. Ansonsten ist die Gegend dort sehr touristisch oder tres chic.

Billig ist das nicht gerade. Aber Palma ist generell teuer. Angesichts des zu vielen Geldes in der Stadt passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier dann doch wieder. Wir sind mit dem Mietauto angereist. Haben vorher nicht gefragt, wie man hinkommt. Das sollte man unbedingt tun, denn das ist alles eine verkehrsbeschränkte Zone.

The shower was great and plenty of room in bathroom. Lots of living space. Plenty of power points in every room.

The dishwasher was smelly as was the cupboard with the rubbish bin. Lipstick on clean drinking glass. No washing machine. Extremely low beds - less than one foot off floor

Zentral und ganz nah am Hafen Alles vorhanden, Duschtücher, Geschirr, Geschirrspüler etc. Lift bis in die Wohnung Internet Badezimmer

Freitag und Samstag ist die Disco bzw der Club unten und die Leute sehr laut

La ubicación es perfecta. Estuvimos en el apartamento del 2 piso.

Los ruidos del bar de abajo. Las almohadas muy blandas. No había microondas. Sólo había 3 vasos. Sólo funciona uno de los 3 fuegos de la vitro. El agua caliente duraba poco, no daba para más de 2 duchas seguidas. La tele del dormitorio no funcionaba. La instalación eléctrica necesitaba mejoras porque algunas luces parpadeaban sin parar.

The property was in an excellent location in the city , walking distance to everything and close to the marina , bars and restaurants and main shopping area. The decor was really nice and well laid out. We were left some complimentary Prosecco , beers , fizzy drinks in the fridge. There was a coffee machine with pods and tea available. The owner was very helpful via messages on WhatsApp and the booking.com app and offered us a place to store bags. There is a lift if you are unable To use stairs . We had two large bedrooms with a wardrobe each and drawers , there were extra blankets for colder months. There was air conditioning throughout the apartment. There were a couple of mini markets on the street for basic shopping and toiletries if you need them. Bar Aqua on the street is good if you like live music We had a lovely stay and would recommend.

The property was really good. We had a couple of small issues which were rectified by the owner and didn’t have any impact on our stay.

I love the aesthetic of the place, it has beautiful decor and lighting. Everything was properly working and the private elevator was fun.

The shower was moldy, the towels were moldy. This is a serious issue and I hope they take this into account when booking more people. You can smell the mold in the bathroom and on the towels and in the washer. The AC doesn’t go that low, so some nights are very hot.
