Very nice apartment. Great location at a very cozy pedestrian street right in the centre of Santa Cruz with lots of bars at restaurants - but sill quiet in the apartment since we were on 6th floor. Access to an awesome rooftop terrace

Very nice apartment in a good location on a pedestrian only road. Stylishly decorated and furniture was very comfortable, especially the bed. Very quiet building, only one apartment on each of the 7 floors. Appliances were good quality and working well. We were met by the host who ran us through the basics and was helpful with subsequent queries.
Great air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom…bliss after the heat outside.
The towels. It’s not a luxury look to have towels with bleach spots and holes and the bath towels were more like beach or pool towels. Time for an upgrade.

Great location, big clean apartment. In the kitchen coffee, tea, sugar and various spices.
In the bedrooms large beds with a comfortable mattress.
In the bathroom a hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. Apartment on the 6th floor has an elevator. Access to the roof terrace. Nice service, quick contact.
Wish there were more places like this.

Location is superb!! Really clean, comfortable and well equipped. Jaime checked in on us a few times via WhatsApp to make sure we were happy / all in order. The roof terrace although not private is a great addition.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The bedrooms were large with good lighting and comfortable beds. The location was ideal - very central and close to many restaurants and shops. Our host was always available and most helpful in all respects.
The lift to the 6th floor was very small.

amazing apartment! Clean, neat, everything you need is there, even if you have e longer stay. The owner is very nice and helpful. Excellent location, close to the center, park and the port!!! Under the apartment there are great bars, restaurants and stores

Beautiful modern apartment in a great part of the city. The host was very helpful and provided plenty of recommendations. The accommodation was clean, and the access to the terrace was a nice addition.

Jaime was a fabulous host! The apartment is lovely. The bathroom a little small but with all the amenities you might need. Perfect for a couple. Terrace upstairs is great too, nice breeze on a hot day and covered. The only inconvenience is that you have to keep emptying the glass bottles from the Aircon but of rather that than no air con at all!!

Also, you cannot be noise sensitive here. The apartment is incredibly central and the Spaniards live a late life....

The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location. Nice big sofa and TV for watching Netflix. Great communication from the owner making everything easy and effortless.

The location was ideal for a city visit, very central, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars etc, and yet not noisy at night. It was close to all transport options, being only a 10 minute walk from the main station and one minute from local buses and trams.
The apartment was perfect, contained everything one needs for a holiday and has a great sun terrace, (if only the sun had come out!)

A small thing - the workmen who were tiling the stairs start work very early! - not a big problem.

The flat is at great location, in a walking area of Santa Cruz, so when you go outside you are in the middle of the coffee bars, restaurants, shops....perfect. Parking is a little tricky, but its doable, you just have to be patient.
The flat itself is amazing, really nicely decorated, modern, equiped with everything you might need. The teracce which belongs to the flat is actually a roof top!
The owner was extremly friendly and kind, and on disposal all the time, even before the trip!
All together, I highly recommend this place and I hope we ll come back one day again!

The apartment is beautiful, very bright, and tastefully furnished. Located in the center of Santa Cruz, everything can be easily reached on foot. The wi-fi connection is very fast, which is very important for us who worked during our stay. There is also a private roof terrace with stunning city views. The host is friendly and helpful. Super recommended.

Perfect location in the middle of the city center. Jaime is a superhost with excellent tips and even went the extra mile by helping us through WhatsApp after our stay. The apartment is clean, modern and has everything one could wish for. We absolutely loved it!
