Location. Very close to Pompeii tour gates. Savatore even gave us a lift there.

Clean, good sized, comfortable room. Lovely staff!

Right in a busy street. Could use a shower renewal. Kitchen area was not functional. Has a nice big terrace but it did not seem like it is being used.

Only a short walk to the Pompei ruins and train station. The room was clean and quite spacious. The balcony was also quite spacious, with a great view of Mt Vesuvius. There is no fridge in the room, but you can use the fridge in the shared kirchen below. They have a coffee machine in the kitchen, but they don't provide breakfast, however, you can use the kitchen downstairs to prepare food and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor tables to eat at. There is also a cafe right next door if you want to get a snack. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a large shared outdoor balcony, which they call the Solarium, with tables and sun loungers. They also have a washing machine there that they said we could use to wash our clothes, except it had broken a couple of days before, so we couldn't use it.

The water in the shower kept changing temperature. The pillows on the bed are very big and do not compact down, so might not be comfortable if you like lower profile pillows. It is located on a main road so is can be quite noisy when you are trying to sleep. The wifi signal is quite weak - ok for checking messages but not great for watching videos.

Location was excellent, and convenient for Pompei and a short drive to everything else (Ercolano, supermarket, Vesuvius, etc). The terrace was our favorite - great for breakfast, or swing past Carrefour, grab some bread, meat and cheese - et voila! Salvatore was very helpful. Cafe bar next door was also friendly and cheap.

At times it was hard to get ahold of someone to ask a question. This could be easily resolved thru WhatsApp, but was not made easy. Good value for money, however it is next to a very busy road. Rooms were as expected for a B&B - small, limited space so be aware.

Quite close to the Marina Gate. It is better to start the visit to the Pompeii ruins from this gate to avoid the crowds starting from the main gate. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I requested a change of reservation from 2 to 3 people one day before my check in and they were very helpful in arranging this for me and my friends.

due to covid breakfast question not relevant, was taken at a bar next door and was crap..... location was good, straight off the autostrada, near the ruins, not far from town, easy to find and plenty of parking

hot water didnt seem to last long in the shower
