I found the room a bit shabby and drabby it could do with a face lift, paint new furniture etc. The breakfast was good but at ten twenty the waiters literally started emptying our table,

Great location, quick and easy check in. Comfortable room and nice swimming pool / sitting area.

Was charged for purchase of drinks at the lobby bar which I didn’t buy. Advised the lady on check out who told me mistakes happen and they would of course cancel the additional charge. A few days later I was charged on my credit card… After contacting the hotel they dealt with it promptly and was refunded. However, Strange that you can purchase drink / food at the lobby bar by just giving a room number and not a name…. When questioned with the hotel they advised they would be looking into this.

Room was clean and spacious. Good choice for breakfast.

Bar closed very early for residents. Our room was not made up on our second day, I think this was just a mistake by housekeeping. Check out was very poor, no response by reception eg. How was your stay or thank you for staying with us … It was like they didn’t care that we came to stay with them, very strange experience.

some one in my family got stomach pains in the first night told them in the next day please clean your dishes and cutlery day after day for 3-4 day they ignored me the rooms also dirty in the pool I asked for chairs the guy told me clean it your self it’s a pity it used to be an amazing hotel

While the hotel is not new, it is elegant, spacious, and well-managed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel boasts good facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool in addition to its dry and wet sauna, and a bar in its main lobby. Staff throughout the hotel and facilities are very helpful. The breakfast has a nice array of food. We arrived very late at night and were greeted with coffee and cake.

The sauna area could be more well-kept.

Decent sized room, good gym and pool facilities.

This is a package-tour style hotel, basically a railway station. Service is impersonal and you contend with literally hundreds of people in the dining room for breakfast. Location is not good unless you are on a tour bus.

I hada few issues, but was greeted by a really nice reservations manager Mr Dan Athlan. he helped me so much and everytime i went to him he had time for me, nothing was a problem, very warm friendly and I would return. becuase i know that its a nice hotel wioth professional management.

We love the Ramada!! It's so relaxing, really nice staff, great rooms and great food. It's just very well made and enjoyable to be in.

The breakfast is great. There is a spacious lobby to sit in and relax. Nice indoor pool.

The furniture in the rooms are looking their age, it’s about time they modernised. The cupboards are hard to open, they look worn and some handles are loose. Also they didn’t change our bedsheets at all over the whole 8 nights despite us asking the cleaning staff.

When we came close to midnight, the freezer was broken in the room, Jason took care of it immediately. He ordered us coffee in lobby to replace it. Ten points for him.
