This resort is maybe not 5 star, but the service is more than 5 star for sure... Every single angle is well thought, rooms are so well equipped, spacious, food is fresh and creative, very tasty, high level restaurant quality, also vegan and vegetarian options... Reception people, waiters and waitresses, cleaning people, diving masters, all extremely kind, professional and willing to help anytime... The details for guests comfort are so well thought...

The staff are super nice and accomodating...it feels like you're staying on a 5 star property.

I didnt like leaving the place.

it was nice to try a different resort in a different island. Puerto galéra is a diving resort. It was perfect for my wife’s family to get local food and for me and my wife to enjoy also western food.

the breakfast could be improved with either a buffet, fresh juices and a different formula. it proposes just one dish for 400 pesos. it is quite a long way from Manila by car and then ferry. It takes a minimum of 5 to 6 hours to get there (Ferry is around 2 hours)

The place is great to enjoy your stay at Puerto Galera. Great owners and personnel service. Good food. 24/7 services. Great view. Great rooms. Great diving instructors and services for diving. Highly recommended👍

the room was very old, not comfortable, the corridor was so noisy and you can hear noises inside the room, you need to pay for the for hotel so they can take you from the port buy boat because there is no street near the hotel for car drop off and the charge is bit high.

Facilities were top notch, resort staff was very attentive, The bar and kitchen is open 24hrs and the views of the surroundings from the resort is amazing.

I really didn't have anything to dislike about the resort.

lovely place with lovely staff that made you feel welcome upon arrival. the facilities were fantastic and the room was extremely comfortable. I really appreciate the smaller details as-well like the full English breakfast with Heinz baked beans. being a British person this made me feel like it was home from home and in general the food was absolutely delicious and lives up to full expectations. I will certainly be coming back here again in the future as I felt like I made friends with all the staff. my partner also really loved the Filipino food they served and she was extremely satisfied with the service as well. The staff also made my dog feel extremely welcome upon arrival and he had the whole place to roam around and explore.

Their beachfront is not exactly for swimming. They’re really meant for just diving.
