Stayed here on a trip to Cinque Terre with my daughter end of May for 5 days. We were very pleased with this decision. Location, both choosing to stay in Vernazza as well as the location in Vernazza was spot on! Quaint alley right off the main square, so it was quiet and gave you a sense of ordinary life there, as well as close proximity to the train. No view of the water, but we were rarely in the room, so wasn't an issue and we actually loved the alley view! Be aware of the many steps if you're traveling with heavy luggage!! (but you'll have that anywhere!) Breakfasts were great - loved the options and having the cafe right there was great. The staff was so nice! Oh and should I mention the bathroom and specifically the shower! omg - very modern and the shower head was the size of a dinner plate! - a little taste of pure luxury! Only issue/recommendation is there was there no safe to lock up our valuables, which I feel is a standard expectation for travelers - esp since someone is going into the room to straighten up each day. (At least, if there was one, we couldn't find it) It turned out to not be an issue, but would add a level of comfort. Bottom line, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if planning all over again! THANK YOU!!

wish there was a safe to place valuables

Great shower, spacious room, very clean bathroom, superb location. Delicious free breakfast buffet (hams, cheeses, pastries, focaccia, coffee, fruit and veg).

The mattress is a bit outdated, was not very comfortable at night. If replaced, the place would be perfect.

Spacious and clean room with fridge and kettle, good bathroom. Great location, next to the main town square with restaurants. We arrived by train, so we walked only a few minutes from the train station.

Very friendly stuff and perfect location in the village. Nice breakfast.

Dark room! Not so convinient for carrying heavy luggage in the steap stairs.

The bed was not that comfy. No prior information about the need to check-in in a nearby restaurant.

The breakfast was good. Bearing in mind we could have both savoury and sweet options (the one and the other). They also make a beautiful coffee (something just about normal when you get to Italy) but I quite liked it in here

Everything was perfect. Great location, just inside one of the beautiful "vicoli". Cleanliness A1, staff friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again

Good location in the very centre, close to the port/beach. Good food in the attached restaurant, breakfast was also good in the restaurant.

Obviously many rooms are in the narrow lanes of town and get limited daylight, this was also in a narrow lane, but then that's Cinque Terre for you. If you want to get something at the rooftop level, you have to pay a different price. But if you are not there to spend time walking, going out and swimming, then it is a great location.
