The apartments are situated outside of the city centre but easily accessible using the S Bahn or tram from town and also using the Rex or S7 from the airport which stop at Floridsdorf. They are very nice, spacious apartments with comfy beds and pretty much everything you need including a washing machine with dryer. Warren and Ryan were quick to respond when I had queries and were very helpful. The Turkish restaurant next door is very good, as is the range of supermarkets nearby. There is also a lovely park down the road with nice waterside walks. There is a rooftop outside space and 2 exercise bikes and a rower under cover of glass but it gets very hot in there in warm weather so we didn't use that much. We stayed here twice as our first experience was very positive.

It is not clear when looking at the photos on Booking.com what the bed configuration is in those apartments with 2 bedrooms. The photos only show 2 beds together which is misleading as I pointed out to our hosts; I am disappointed that they have not updated the photos to show the rooms with single beds as I suggested they should. If you are travelling with anybody very tall, beware - unfortunately, the single beds are built in rather than free standing as the current photos would suggest, so the person may not fit as they cannot even let their feet dangle out the end. On one side of the block you have a very busy main road with a lot of traffic noise if you have any windows open or want to sit on the balcony. On the other side there is currently a building site with a lot of dust, although much quieter. During our first stay, the cleaning lady came every 3 days, whereas during our 2nd stay, we ended up having to ask for her to come which we were disappointed with. It seems there is only one drying rack available in the block; I would have thought one should be available in each apartment and that given the energy crisis, use of it should be encouraged rather than using the dryer! We felt that for stays of over a week which was the case in both our visits, extra coffee pods could have been provided without us having to pay for them, especially given our problem with the beds.

The apartment is far from the city center, it’s not appropriate for holidays and ahort vacation no taxi in the area the apartment located in a highway so it is very noisy area and almost impossible to open the windows and enjoy the weather the sitting area is not clean or comfortable at all also I found a spider near the bathroom!! Not recommend at all

Some smell from the restaurant downstairs at this particular apartment, but only in the hallway. (3th floor facing the backyard)

The apartment is very comfortable. Service nice and helpful (Thank you for everything Ryan). Close to public transport. An excellent Turkish restaurant on the ground floor. I heartily recommend it.

nothing to improve and change

Quiet place, very clean, very cosy, i stayed with my girlfriend we had everything we needed, self check in and check out was easy, a supermarket Bila is 3 min from the apartment. A great value for price.

The window in the bathroom and toilet can not be opened. The images if the standard apartment in booking are confusing.

kitchen facility was good

it has not efficient air condition and the weather was so hot- the bed was not comfortable- different times we call to host for repairing the air condition but he didn't answered -

The AC was not ready to be controlled. The blinds in the bedroom and the window in the bathroom were not automatically working (could´t be controlled).

Easy to reach by public transportation, stores nearby. A lot of space with a lot of useful facilities and equipment. Comfortable rooms and beds. A nice living room and table so you can even work there for a limited time.

For a stay of several days there is not enough cups, plates and glasses etc. available in the kitchen unless you want to use the dishwasher half empty every day. Electricity plugs not always in the most useful spots, for instance to use with a plugged-in laptop at the table
