Sea views, parking, close to good restaurants.

Poorly equipped in terms of mugs, plates etc

Very good location. Great view directly across the join of the Douro River and the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony looking over that is a real apartment plus. Easy to go west into the city centre or 'east', round the corner along the beaches to the fish restaurants, either for longer walks or by the 500 and 200 regular buses. The apartment is well equipped, with appropriate relaxing, furniture and will be as much a part of your holiday - for a break - as going out and about as well. Geared up to couples really, but would be OK with small children as well.

We needed to go to a separate office location in another part of the city to get the keys first. This - I think - as our registration had not fully gone through when trying to do it on-line. There was a staffed office and everything about that was well done, other than our having to go there (relationship I think with collecting the local tax if not already paid to the apartment agency on line).

Really small issues

Lovely apartment with a balcony and beautiful view. Down the stairs to great walking and food.

We stayed 2 days and were provided with morning coffee pods for only 1 day. Oh well.

Just about nothing . The whole experience was horrible! The property smelt! It’s very very tired and tatty! The furniture was tired and dirty. We didn’t sit on the dining chairs as who knows what the stains where! The kitchen was awful, there was a mix match of crockery, utensils etc! None of which was very clean or in good condition! A cup we picked up instantly the handle fell off! Because the company had the cheek to ask for €150 damage deposit, we instantly reported it! The bedroom has no air conditioning and was HOT!! The bed was awful, it had poor quality mismatched linen on. I say linen, the bottom sheet was itchy and old! we had to sleep on top of the duvet with a towel over us! Bit like camping but not at a price tag of over €300 for TWO nights! If this is living in Porto, don’t bother, save your money and go in a reputable hotel! Booking.com need to look at the pricing of this company!!

Staff were very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast left at the door each morning. Staff efficiently arranged taxi to the airport when leaving. The view from the apartment is lovely, but Porto is hilly, and therefore there are stairs to get up and down to the nearest buses and tram. It's the price to be paid for the view.
