We stayed at Eleni and Jorge's loft for 6 days in May and it made a great base to exploring the island (most sights are less that 30 minutes by car). We were awed by the location and how peaceful the place is. Do not miss having a coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the garden, overlooking the islot. The loft is perfect for 2 (it may fit 4, but be aware that there are no doors between the bedrooms) and perfectly equipped. Eleni and Jorge are very kind hosts and have guaranteed that we had nothing short of a perfect stay.

Greeted by the host as we arrived who walked us through the grounds and apartment. Fridge was filled with essentials plus an amazing chocolate cake. The hype is real for the cake, word famous at this point. The bread also was delicious. In our limited experience all of our rentals on Sao Miguel have provided a welcome basket of treats, none have compared to the "essentials" provided here. The grounds are great as well pictures don't do justice. Many amenities on property, washer/dryer, pool, but our favorite was the overlook area with seats and tables, thoughtful place to have morning coffee while watching the Atlantic. Great views from apartment, not just from balcony, have views from living room of the town and ocean, guest bedroom has sunroof window that opens with view of water. We booked multiple places for our Sao Miguel trip and are regretting not staying the whole time at CK Seaside after only half a day away.

Shower was a little finnicky, ran out of hot water quickly and shower filled quickly without draining. Once we learned to just lower pressure and heat a bit had no problems.

The location was convenient for exploring the eastern half of the island. The grounds and facilities were beautiful and very well maintained. The hostess, Eleni, was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at CK Seaside Guest House!

The view to the islote is amazing, the pool is really big. The location is easy to find and the house is clean and you have everything you need. Eleni even received us with a chocolate cake and a souffle for us.

CK Seaside Guest exceeded our expectations. Its was beautiful property with an amazing view. A perfect location to appreciate and explore the island. Elana and George, our hosts, were charming and couldn't do enough, always on hand but equally discrete and we had our privacy. I couldn't fault them and the property. The property is stunning and the phots really don't do it justice. Breathtaking. There's service was impeccable too. They cooked us cake, provided staples for breakfast, clean towels when we need them and lots of advice on the area. Even booking us tables at the best restaurants! They played a big part in a fantastic holiday.

Amazing place! A paradise on a paradise island. Stunning views. Very clean and quiet. Eleni and Jorge are great hosts. Delicious homemade chocolate cake :-)
