Cat lives in the house so the house is full of it's hair. My son has allergy so we have to leave house in the morning and spent there from 10 pm in the evening to 8 am in the morning. It was impossible to sleep due to dogs around. Garbage in the kitchen was smelling, house full of old things. Half of lightning was not working, water was only in one of three bedrooms. Everything was dirty so it is impossible to leave one year baby along at least for one minute. Water in swimming pool was green and with vacuum cleaner working there, jacuzzi was with old water too. So if you want to spend some time in a village with animals around, in a house full of old things and without cleaning - in this case it could be a case. In all other cases - not. Despite we spent there only one of five paid nights hosts refused to refund any money. So be careful with prepayments.

Everything about this house is perfect. The pool is fabulous, the outdoor dining area perfect and peaceful (not to mention the beautiful view over Assisi) and every room has a private bathroom. The owners of the house are soooo great, the grandma held a 5 hour cooking class for us and her daughter Olimpia invited my whole family to a big Italian family feast in their field nearby. The location of Brufa is great and all the historic towns as Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco and Assisi are very close by, not to mention terrific Perugia which is 12 mins away. All in all a great piece of heaven on earth. We will return for sure!

The people working there were very nice and friendly. We love the beds and facilities were perfect for children - the pool was a welcomed sight on a hot days. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot summer. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was good. We were close to many of the sights as well as a big mall.
