Large, spacious room. Only 10 minute walk to main tourist area (Pub Street etc). Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly throughout.

Property visibly hasn’t been refurbished in any way since their opening, however this the fault of management and not the exceptional staff. Cracks in bedside lockers, tables etc, main shower head was unusable due to limescale buildup. Gym was also closed despite being advertised as open on Booking.com

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel’s staff is very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Vireak gave the best suggestions for restaurants and Seth Sopheak and Chhuu Sinet were extremely helpful when arranging excursions or just around for a casual chat. The room was clean, the breakfast was yummy and facilities were in good condition. I would happily return and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast provided was very good. The bonus was the morning waitress was exceptional! Always smiling and after a few days she knew i needed coffee first thing. The meals were presented hot and fresh with clean place wear.

Not a fault of the hotel but of COVID. The hotel did not have many people as the opening of Cambodia just occurred. With more people the hotel would have had more synergy, the lack of people hurt the vacation as many places were not open. The bonus was there was not people at the major attractions such as Angkor Wat and the temple complexes.

Excellent and friendly staff. Exterior of hotel very nice and nice looking pool. Comfortable pillows. 15 minute walk to downtown-if you don't like walking then you may consider this too far!

Rooms are not of a 4 star standard. Max 3 stars. Very dark, outdated furniture. Very hard bed-although funnily enough I was able to sleep very well. Cleanliness is satisfactory but wasn't overly impressed.

Location is good , yet it is quiet. Rooms are clean and well kept with huge space. value for money. Breakfast taste is good. Will Come back here again to stay for sure. Room Service food menu is reasonable priced, taste fairly ok.

Location was close to everything in Siem Reap. Felt very safe. The staff were fantastic and catered for everything we could have wanted. As far as most pools go in Cambodia, the pool at Damrei was very good and a good area to hang around at. Good Wifi.

Breakfast was a strange assortment and not replenished all that often. Standard egg station, fruit etc which is absolutely fine, but if you don't get there early, don't expect everything to be there. A/C was a bit hit and miss in our rooms. The room my partner and I stayed in with a reverse cycle barely kept cool enough overnight whereas other rooms with the centralized A/C were fine. Did see a huge amount of A/C's in boxes though so maybe they are all getting an upgrade.
