Los días en que podía salir de su puerta y caminar en la arena de polvo blanco en la hermosa playa de Clearwater han desaparecido en gran medida, dando paso a imponentes condominios en las que llegar a la playa significa un viaje en ascensor y una puerta de seguridad. Pero si su gusto es arena entre los dedos de los pies, las dunas en los pies, y el sonido de las olas a medida que se duermen de un día de descanso idílica de playa, entonces este es el lugar para usted.
Nuestra familia construyó este pintoresco duplex hace más de una generación. Se encuentra justo en la hermosa playa de Clearwater, con cerca de 500 pies de arena blanca entre la puerta principal y las aguas de bienvenida del Golfo de México. Las dunas de arena ahora se levantan en nuestro segundo piso, con un crecimiento en torno a los avena mar que nuestras hijas plantaron delante de nuestros años de propiedad hace. Muy acogedor son nuestras arenas que tenemos las tortugas marinas que anidan en frente de nuestra propiedad.
Salvaje y natural Isla Caladesi es un treinta minutos a pie hasta la playa. Caladesi Island State Park está anualmente calificado como uno de los cinco mejores playas de América del Norte debido a su arena de polvo blanco, hábitat natural inalterado, la abundancia de la vida silvestre y aguas cristalinas.
La vida Clearwater Pier y la playa de noche es una caminata de diez minutos al sur, con su abundancia de tiendas y restaurantes. Actividades en la playa abundan aquí, incluyendo muelle de pesca, jet ski y alquiler de parapente, vuelo de cometas, y torneos de voleibol de playa local y nacional. Dolphin y la isla de turistas parten de Clearwater Harbor, justo al otro lado del muelle. Cada unidad está totalmente equipada y totalmente amueblado para una estancia placentera. También hemos aparcamiento cubierto y tiene capacidad para tres coches por cada unidad, o dos vehículos y un remolque del barco. Para los navegantes, hay una rampa para botes en el intercostal a sólo cuatro cuadras de distancia con espacio para remolque durante la noche y almacenamiento de barco.

Place is perfectly placed directly on the beach, and a nice ocean breeze at night to make you sleep peacefully. Only ding I'd give is for the Wi-Fi not working properly, but who cares right?! 😳 😆 I highly recommend this place! 🔥 💪 ❤️ 💯

This was in a very convenient location within walking distance to all the local shops, restaurants and Pier 60! I absolutely loved that it is right on the beach with the most amazing views from 2 different porches and in every room of the house! Thank you Andrew, I had a great time!

I will start by saying that the view from the house is incredible. The house is directly on the beach and you can’t really beat the proximity to the pier and restaurants. However, this is the extent of the positivity.
I’d asked the host, Andrew, more than once (and with enough time to spare before our check in date) if it was possible to get an early checkin at 3, instead of 4. Once he decided to respond (after multiple attempts on my part) he said “won’t be able to tell you until the day of”. Fine. I understand, no problem. Day of check in arrives and we clearly aren’t getting in an hour early, again, fine, no problem. What was a problem was that when we arrived at the house, just after 4pm, it was still being cleaned and delayed us after we’d been traveling for 3.5 hours. Zero communication from the host even though the cleaning girl had informed him she was running behind. I tried calling the host and was sent to voicemail because he was “at an appointment”. We just spent a considerable amount of money and he couldn’t step out of wherever for 2 seconds? With that being said, we were offered a check out time of 12 vs 10 (which, 10 is a little ridiculous for check out in the first place). Beyond this, the house is not up to code. There’s only 1 way in and one way out. The balconies are getting ready to give out and not for nothing, who has carpet in a beach house…
If you don’t care about the state of things, the view is worth it. I only recommend caution.

This property was the perfect find for us- so much so that we rented out both sides for a long weekend. Family- local and out of state, gathered here for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and have some much needed time together. Loved having a full bath on the main level and each bedroom upstairs having a ensuite bath. A wonderful time was spent on the beach both day and night. All of our favorite places to eat are just a fun stroll away. The property manger was highly responsive from from the booking process until the end. We loved it so much that we cannot wait to come back and do it again.

Un-matched location if looking for a beach stay @ Clearwater Beach - just steps from the sand & surf - all beach stuff included - very nice deck off middle & top floors with a wonderful morning to midday shaded view of the beach - spectacular sunsets await as well- the 3 bathrooms a big plus and comfortable beds always welcome

Overall nice place to stay. We had older adults with us, and it was a little far for them to walk to the boardwalk. Great though you could go right out to the beach. Just one more thing the drain in one of the tubs drained to slow. Over all had a great experience!

Location is amazing, especially with small children that couldn’t handle a longer walk to get to the beach - it’s right on the beach. So nice to not worry about finding beach parking too.

The best thing is obvious. Location location.
Normally staying at high end hotels but if you like the privacy with once in a lifetime views this is the spot. The PM is very helpful and the stay was too short. We will be back.

We loved waking up and rolling out of the bed straight to the beach, 10 min walk from CVS, stores, restaurants and bars, overall great location! The property is very basic BEACH house. Only the first days’ necessities were available and after that all extras were on us to get from CVS nearby ( toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, lausupplies, soaps etc) . Several upgrades are needed in the property such as new mattresses and non sticky faucets . BUT the beach makes up for ALL of it. It is a TRUE beach house after all, basic and AWESOME 🤩

The location was spot on. Lots if places within walking distance. Easy beach access. The place needs some updates and we had a lot of problems with the tv's but thats all the negatives. I would definitely stay there again

The place was fantastic. Very clean and right on the beach. Steps to the gulf. Close walk to restaurant, bars and the strip. Wonderful sunsets. Be sure to read the amenities closely. What is on that list is IT. We made the mistake of assuming your basic amenities bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dish towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, Kleenex, laundry soap or a beach towel were just going to be there. Be sure to shop for all of these supplies before you checkin or bring your own.

Beach House right on the beach!
Was about 100 yards from the water.
Surf fished right out front a couple days, but then seen the law talking to some fisherman, so I spoke with them and found out we were to fish a few 100 yards farther down. Not my choice but I did.
Rooms were cozy, as was the whole place.
Basically at the end of the main business district with drinks and restaurants starting a block away. From them on the streets fill with all kinds of stuff. Great location lots to do.
Only real down fall about the place, you have to get in and out of your vehicle every time you enter and leave the property.

We checked in without any issue and parked the car a few hours before the check in time to do some sightseeing, and got permission from the owner in time. The place was clean and cozy and has everything we needed for the stay. The view to the beach was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the freedom of going back and forth of the beach as much as we needed. One thing to be aware of, if you plan to stay through the weekend, there would be quite a bit of noises on Friday and Saturday night from the nearby restaurant live music up until 11 ish (not owner's fault at all), so you might want to reserve the north side of the condo instead for a little more quite place.

This facility is a bit dated, but you can not beat the location. It was easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved it there, and will definitly be back!

This is the perfect place right on the beach at Clearwater. Plenty of toys and chairs available to take with you for the beach. The house was clean check in was easy. The description had 2 beds in the one bedroom however there was only one but we made due with what we had and built a sleeping nook for our daughter in the large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Other than that. It was perfect.

The property is steps from the beach with adequate parking. The beach closet is well stocked with chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. The place is spacious and the sunsets are beautiful off the balcony. The only downside is the noise at night. There is a restaurant nearby and a parking lot with beach access beside the property which was used all through the night during our stay. We heard people talking, laughing, and fighting right outside our bedrooms which made sleeping very difficult. Trash dumpsters were also emptied each morning at 6 at the nearby hotels, parking areas, etc by noisy trucks.
The convenience was great and everything you need is close by.

We loved our stay here!!! The location was awesome, right on the beach! And walking distance to several restaurants! We had the best time here! The condo was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. It had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were amazing, some of the best sunsets I've ever seen!!!

My wife, 9 month old and in-laws stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend! The house was clean and as described via listing. The property manager is great, and extremely accommodating! Working with him was quick and easy. If you’re looking to stay ON the beach, then this is the place for you! Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

This house is fantastic! The location is perfect, steps from the beach. They have everything you need for your stay. The only bad thing is the outside noise very early in the morning.

Beach and Beds
The views from the unit were amazing, but were obstructed by the old windows. Sliding glass doors or large window panels would make a huge difference. Loved that both bedrooms and living area had balconies with chairs and that the beach was literally right there.
Listing says it sleeps 6, however, both bedrooms only had one queen size bed and their wasn’t a pull out sofa bed, but a futon that sleeps one in a pinch. Not very comfortable. Couch is extremely old and outdated. It just looked and felt dirty even if it wasn’t.
Lots of noise at night though since unit is next to a public parking lot. We were woken up several times each night by machines, construction, and/or loud music from restaurants close by.
Loved the spacious laundry room and that the unit was supplied with “starter” packs in the bathrooms and a little welcome snack basket. Could’ve used extra pillows and blankets, but we made due with what was available in the linen closet.
Loved the ample parking (we have a huge SUV) and the easy beach access.
Overall, we had a nice time but a little updating would go a long way.

Great beach house! Pictures are accurate. The view from the house is stunning and the location could not be better. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Walk out your door to the beach! The only place I have rented more than once.

Amazing beach front
The house was clean and a short walk to the beach. They had a room with lots of beach stuff that we was able to use and not have to buy our own they throw away due to traveling via airlines. Watching fireworks from the balcony and see the whole shoreline.
