Lovely apartment and excellent central location.

The electricity sometimes went off and we had to flick the switch.

The best thing was the location

Bathrooms am very dated, not enough towels for 4 people for 3 days.

Great location just 2 minutes from Piazza Navona, friendly staff who provided all necessary information and beautifull looking apartment.

The coffee shop adjusant to the property had amazing breakfasts and coffee

Really good location with terrific atmosphere and food in the surrounding streets of the old city. We could walk to all our tour locations easily and the apartment was well appointed and spacious.

Very cosy and soothing sitting/ dining area. Really looked forward to returning to the calmness of the room after a busy day. Comfortable bed in master, virtually no street noise to keep you up. Having 2 bathrooms was really an asset getting ready in the mornings. Kitchen seemed to have most of the needs to make a simple meal. Location was great. Apt was on a street with restaurants, pizzerias and shops, made it very convenient, along with a couple of small grocery shops nearby. Bus stop was really close and taxii stand next to bus stop. Emanuele was an incredible host. Always available for any questions. I was concerned about getting to cruise port due to high cost. Emanuele took it upon himself to help me and found other group going to port and we all shared a van. I wa taken by surprise at how wonderful it was to have a host with such concern for a guest. I cannot say enough about the great apt and am totally grateful to Emanuele. Would absolutely recommend the Avila Pakace Piazza Navona to anyone and everyone. This is where I will stay. next time in Rome. Thank you Emanuele.
