Hemos construido esta pequeña casa en nuestra propiedad para dar la bienvenida a la gente a la hermosa zona en que vivimos. Nuestra ubicación está cerca de muchos lugares que uno podría desear explorar. Una maravillosa selección de viñedos y lugares históricos están cerca.
Este estudio de nueva construcción ofrece un espacio sencillo, limpio y tranquilo, toda la decoración blanca y mobiliario moderno y cómodo de la mezcla. Está situado a poca distancia de la casa principal y ofrece sólo la privacidad que busca.

This property is incredibly clean and stylish. The setting is beautiful with big tall trees surrounding the property. It's very peaceful and the perfect place to rest and renew. We had such a wonderful time and hope to visit again. You will also be greeted by the cutest, most friendly cat upon arrival. Thank you for everything Amy and Steven!

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay! Everything was so clean and well maintained. We were a little surprised at first by how close the main house was to this place, but the outdoor spaces were thought out so carefully we felt like we had total privacy! Also, their cat “Neow” was honestly one of the main highlights of our stay! Sweetest cat I’ve ever met - she came around every morning while we drank our coffee outside to say hi and lounge in our laps. We’d love to come back again next time we need a getaway among the trees.

Amazing experience
We could not have asked for a better experience. The home was immaculately clean as we first stepped in. We found ourselves enjoying just sitting and relaxing in this cozy space. It was about 10 degrees at one point during our stay, but we stayed plenty warm and comfortable. Great Wi-Fi connection to get some work done. Very convenient location from which to explore Charlottesville and the surrounding communities. Can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Renew Lodge. It was perfect for our weekend getaway in C'Ville and will be sure to be back. The house is well appointed and super clean. We also had a nice morning hike at the Fernbrook Trail. Thank you Steven and Amy.

Hubby and I so thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steven and Amy's. A beautifully constructed little studio/cabin that brings a sense of peace and calm from the moment you open the door. Our 2 night getaway was easy and relaxing at this rural cottage. We were close to all things we love about Charlottesville, the downtown mall, Barboursville and Tavola Restaurant. The cottage is fresh and lot’s of well thought out space. We will do this again.

Just the most perfect place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet in a lovely country setting. A short drive to everything you could want; hiking, shopping or “downtown” with its excellent restaurants. Hosts are super and accommodating!!
