عدم تعامل الموظفون في تنظيف الشقه رغم اني مأجر عندهم 3 ايام وتم تبليغ موظف الاستقبال بتنظيف الشقه ولكن للاسف لم يتم التعاون وخذلت من الشقق في عدمً تنظيف الشقه وتغيير المفرش مع العلم اني طالع من الشقه من الساعه 6:00 مساء الىً الساعه 4 فجرا

The location is too good near Al-Rashed mall
The service is too poor and bad , the air conditioning is damaged and has bad sound, the bathroom fan has bad sound, the WiFi is too weak, the hotel has just one porter man to carry our luggage.

good location, behind al rashid mall and near city center. clean and comfy room, available parking for our car at the basement. the staff are friendly and accommodating. my wife forgot her air pods after check out, Mr. Shawqi were very helpful to give us access on the room and retrieve the air pods. definitely will recommend to family and friends.

لايوجد ريموت للتلفزيون ..اذا تغير قناة لازم تقوم تقلب بيدك
لاننا شتاء والمكيف مركزي ومافي احد يشغل المكيفات
اصوات سكان الغرف المجاورة تنتقل عن طريق الدكت وكأنهم جنبك
في الصيف اثناء تشغيل المكيف لن تكون هذه المشكلة موجودة

staff was very rude and unprofessional especially the bangladeshi receptionist.
The hotel allocated families with my bachelor room of 2 adults. The insulation and soundproofing was minimal as both next door neighbour had no privacy and got disturbed alot. Highly unsatisfied and do not recommend it at all.

It was nice place for stay, room is very comfortable, quiet and clean, overall i can recommend Olaya Houses for the visitors are coming to Al Khobar.

There rooms for family is big and have comfortable bed.. have 2 bathrooms and mini kitchen..
There time in and out, we check in at 11pm and they want us to check out at 2pm.. we are in the conference, we didn’t finish the conferences because they told us to check before 2pm..
