Good Location near to a mall and eateries

Not sound proof. Thin wall so u could hear what the other person in the next room talking/ noise from outside. Couldn't get a proper sleep at night

Its location. Next to a mall.

It would be great if a kettle provided in each room, instead of having to walk to the corridor to get hot water, especially when you’re a single woman traveler.

location was convenient for what we needed. most staff friendly and helpful. shower was ok.

Bed linen and especially towels were very stained. clean and had been washed but stained with black marks. bed sheets had blood on. black mold in bathroom around sink. lots of noise from the road all night even on the 6th floor.

Location is good. Got convenience store at the hotel.

They didn’t provide refrigerator inside the room.

The staff needs to clean better. the original room I checked into was dirty, never been cleaned. There was a miscommunication with the staff. The second room I checked into was made but the floor was so dirty. There was dried rice leftover from the last guest on the floor and corner of the room.
