A casa Di Vale is in a perfect location. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shops. Plenty of room for 3 people. The host is very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions. The flat is very clean and has everything in it to enjoy your stay.

The property owner was there to meet us when we arrived; very kind and helpful. The apartment is nice and very clean. It is set in the central area of Siracusa, less than 20 seconds walk from one of the charming narrow streets of the ancient city. Shops, restaurants, bars, and museums are all over the place, The apartment is also a few minutes walk from the promenade which is down the road from the apartment. All considered the lodging is perfect for a family stay in one of Sicily's beautiful cities.

Giuseppe was very attentive, he helped us with the restricted zone card before our arrival, showed us around with great politeness and he even had bottles of water and spritz waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment is in the heart of Ortigia, very close to all highlights.

Just bear in mind that the second bedroom has two single beds (not the best case if you intend to travel with another couple). Our friends who slept there, said that the mattresses were a bit hard.

Amazing place to stay, in the heart of Ortigia. Quiet place, well equipped with washing machine and iron. You have the seview and the city view from the balcony. The market and the restaurants are close, 10 meters away there is the best canolli place ever. The host is super nice and helpful! Felt like a real italian place.

I can not say a thing I did not like

Host went out of his way to pick us up from the train station despite the train being delayed 50mins. Very pleasant man who communicates effectively through a translator app and takes the trouble to explain things. He also was able to accommodate our suitcases after checkout due to a late flight. Left chilled water, a chilled spritz, coffee pods and some basic grocery items at check-in - thoughtful and appreciated. Washing machine and detergent left for us

Some mosquitoes but spray left in the kitchen so it wasn’t a problem after the first couple of hours

superb location nicely equipped, modernised comfy bed nice friendly owner use of washing machine but drying was harder

Very well located to explore Ortigia and only a short walk to the train and bus stations. The house was spotlessly clean. The owner was very helpful, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out.

Would benefit from blackout blinds in the bedroom windows to block out the the street lights.
