Location exceptional.Couldnt of asked for anything else re location. Breakfast was adequate.
I felt unit needed a little modernising. Curtains defiantly needed replacing .As a person staying on their own I didn't feel closed enough to make me feel comfortable. A heater in the bathroom for the cooler month would be a great addition. Also just some newer canisters to hold necessities on the kitchen benches would also be welcomed. Just my thoughts.

The choice of breakfast cereals was extensive. Location was very close to the beach area, only 5 houses away. Lovely to walk along the beach paths in both directions. Great restaurant called Summer Salt is walking distance away.
We couldn't eat pizza in our room. Had in eat in the dining room. No problem really!

Terry & Lyn are great hosts who have created a very comfortable, clean, & well presented accommodation close to beach and Cronulla town. Thoughtfully providing breakfast supplies on our arrival, it was the perfect place for our family group to stay.

Lovely place, really nice owners!
We could leave our stuff there 4,5hours before the official check-in time which helped us a lot.
Room is very tidy, bathroom has all the amenities you need. Coffee, tea & small snacks are in the room as well. If someone wants there are cornflakes&milk for breakfast without any extra charge.
We didn't use the common area/bbq place but ut looked lovely too.
2min walking distance from the beach, close to Cronulla shopping street.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. Easy walk into town and beach. Bedroom comfortable and attractive.
Couldn’t get the big shower head to work and the hot water was unpredictable. Breakfast was very poor compared to other places we stayed at; only cereal available.

The location was within walking distance of the beach and close to amenitites and restaurants. The B&B was quiet with everything one needs for a short or longer stay.

Plenty of space to gather and do what we wanted , ie play cards , exercise on the lawn, sit around as a group to chat.
The hosts were very informative of suggestive eating spots and very friendly and welcoming.
The only suggestion would be a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang robes or clothes.
