No me gustó nada en absoluto

La habitación no correspondía a las fotos anunciadas, reservè una con una mesita y en cambio habia una cama supletoria en sh lugar, las instalaciones muy desgastadas, la puerta de la habitación no se cerraba del todo, la madera abajo estaba torcida y podía entrar cualquier bicho, el olor pésimo al entrar en la habitación, la cama durísima imposible dormir, las toallas, sabanas y manta no te daban la sensación de estar limpias del todo, la escobilla del baño inutilizable, la alfombra de plástico de la ducha sucia no he podido ducharme. El desayuno regular la comida estaba fría, y el personal nos quería organizar ya la cena, tour y todo no más llegar. Horrible experiencia, sobretodo el hecho de que no me he sentido comoda en la habitación ni un minuto. No lo aconsejo a nadie

Le personnel est sympa et serviable.

L'équipement est médiocre (lit non confortable, les chambres sont froides et le chauffage manque, pas de commodité dans les chambres pas de TV), l'eau n'est pas assez chaude, fenêtre ancienne et sans isolation thermique.

Staff were amazing, so helpful, really went out their way to make us feel comfortable. Rooms were spacious and so clean. Location so easy to get to. Would definitely book again 👍

The Riad is exactly like the pictures, it's gorgeous! Said was super helpful and nice!!! I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Amazing value for price.

Locationwise, it was a little far from the center of the medina. Maybe a half-an-hour walk... but it was easy to get a taxi if you walk some 3 minutes!

Mustafa was very kind and breakfast was delicious.

The manager, Mustapha, made me feel right at home at Bab Guissa. I could ask him anything and he would go out of his way to arrange it for me, even during Ramadan. He always responded quickly to messages with questions and was very pro-active, for example in arranging a taxi for me to the airport. Him and Nassima were very flexible, for example, the breakfast was always ready for me whenever I requested it to be. The location is very good, easiest to take a taxi (3 mins) from Bab Guissa to Bab Boujloud in order not to get lost in the streets to the medina. I found this out too late, after getting lost by myself a couple of times. But walking is fine when you have internet and Google maps :)

That I forgot to take a selfie with Mustapha and Nassima, that's how much I felt at home with them. It felt like I was staying with friends.

A charming, lovely riad in the outskirts of the Medina, close to the main road, which makes it both easier to find and quieter (but also a little bit more distant from the bustling center of the Medina). The decoration is really nice, the room was ample, clean, fresh, and quiet. The breakfast was very complete, diverse, and tasty. And last but not least, Mustapha was a a thoughtful host, explaining us everything we needed, making sure we didn't lack of anything (SIM card, change, advices...) and checking on us every day - a true professionnal.

Would be a good idea to add a curtain to the shower, to avoid spilling water everywhere. Also, it's a good idea to keep the bathroom door closed at all time to keep away the bad smell from the tubes.
