Good location, near the beach, fruit shop, and places with food and a small shop
My room did not meet my expectations from the photos. Maybe it was just my number that was like that. There was no refrigerator in it, although there was one in the same room next door. I didn't have an impression of my room, but I can't say that the room was just very bad

The room is on the third floor with a great view, very quite area,no traffic. AC worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. In the room you can find everything you need.

Very nice family. perfect location: it’s near all good places in Unawatuna, calm, jungle, birds. near the main road. 3 min walk to fruit shop and wine shop. ocean is 5 min walk. nice balcony, but you need to share it with neighbors on floor. can have breakfast there.

We had an amazing stay! Great location just on a corner of a great restaurant on the main street, but far enaugh from all the noise (except for the sounds of jungle ;). The room was clean, big comfy bed, there was the mosquitiera net, spacy bathroom and a cozy terrace in front of the room. The hosts were amazing, they arranged the breakfast for us and answered all our curious questions about the plants and animals around and the buddhist holidays :) Would come back for sure

Good location. Near the beach
There is absolutely no privacy. Balconies are passed by other people. The walls are "paper". The bedding was never changed once in 8 days

Cosy cute place very convenient and close to the beach. The hosts were wonderful people always happy to help or hit up a conversations. Over all loved the stay.

Great room with good a/c, small fridge and powerful fan. Good bathroom with shower and a great outside area with seating and table. The breakfast was great and the hosts couldn't be more helpful

We had a pleasant stay in Unawatuna, the location is not far from the beach and restaurants. Our room on the top floor had a big terrace with table and chairs, a couch with cushions, drying rack, plants and a nice view. The room is very spacious with high ceiling, a huge comfortable bed with mosquito net, desk, wardrobe, fridge, AC and fan. Bathroom is big with good shower and the towels were good quality, the best we had in Sri Lanka. The owner is friendly and helpful and we had a nice breakfast in the mornings. We were very happy with our choice and we recommend this place.
