I like the view and of course it is very affordable.
It has no washing machine and the shower is defective. We called about it but they didn't fix it.

Receptionist took a long time summoning the agent. Very slow check in as a result. Room was very small. Bed very cheap & uncomfortable. Aircon very noisy. Ants & cockroaches in the bathroom. Only 1 ceiling light. No bedside switches.

I've stayed there before, so the location is ok. Ease of booking is a plus
Room has old furniture, bathroom fixtures are barely working and just hanging on. Its full of little roaches. Bed sheets look dirty, cannot sleep with the thought of roaches crawling in bed with you

Its cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere
1. The shower is a little bit annoying because the water was getting up to the ceiling.
2. The door of the shower room because the water goes out the door that made the CR flooring wet.

the host was nice and was accommodating. the place is conducive for my work and the activities i needed to do.
everything was fine but the board under the bed cushion is unstable and is cracked. the AC had a weird smell to it, like glue adhesive. there was also some interruption of the internet connection.
