The place is conveniently located on a quiet street. It’s easy to get anywhere in the city or to make day trips out of town. The place is clean and well maintained with everything I needed.

It was very clean, comfortable. The house was very beautiful. Host was very sweet. She made sure we had a good stay. I booked this stay at very last minute but I made the right decision. I loved it there. It was like home. There was everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommended this place to everyone.

The apartment is super neat and clean and also located in a good area. Host was superb and communication with her was great. Also, she was willing to accommodate any requests of ours. Thank you Helena, will definitely rent again when in town.

The house itself was impeccably clean, and the room was nice and spacious. The convenience of having grocery stores and restaurants nearby was a big plus. Additionally, the easy access to Banff was a definite highlight.

Easy and uncomplicated cummunication. I had a very nice room, but you can use the entire house. Nice silent area. Late check in: no problem.

Easy check-in. Great communication. Lots of space! Helena made it exceptionally easy for me to check-in on my own and I had everything I needed / expected at the accommodation.

Super minor, but I wish the small window in the master (King Room) had a covering / curtain on it. The neighbors motion light kept going off all night and it was flashing into the far window. But again, this was very minor and I just grabbed my face/eye mask as a solution.

Helena, the owner of the house was very friendly with super communication. The house was super clean and cozy. The perfect place for visiting Calgary and National Parks.

Quiet location. Feels (and is) a private house out of town Calgary.

I was asked to pay a 100$ deposit in cash or alternatively wave the deposit and give a 10 point rating at booking.com. This smelled very much like “buying a good rating”. Left a very negative taste. Secondly, the location is off everyting. It is a private neighbourhood with nothing close by and a 15 minute walk to the next train station in order to get to downtown Calgary. I never met the landlord and was asked to leave the room at 12 am via email. When I had asked her by mail, how to get there (which LRT station), landlord responded “give address into google maps”. But I wanted to know what the name of the LRT station nearby.

Helena was super friendly & made a late night check-in extremely easy. The room was very cosy & the bed was so comfy, not to mention a very quiet safe neighbourhood

It's a very quiet, clean and well equiped house. We love our stay here. I recommend it :) There is everything you can need to cook also and a shared fridge. The instructions were easy to follow.

After booking and prepaying, I was told to give $100 cash for incidental that would be reimbursed at checkout OR forfeit the incidental if we write a 10 review as she wants to be a Super Host. That is bribery for reviews - did not sit well with us. Bathroom needed cleaning, rough and old towels, only one glass for use in the bathroom. Stained sheets and not very welcoming with different color bedding and pillows. One window had no blinds - the other window with blinds are not room darkening and letting lots of light in. Laundry is only if you stay for one week otherwise it is $15 to use - this was false advertising since the ad only mentions laundry.

Nice, cosy, quiet place. Comfortable. Clean. Well arranged. Feels like home. Really like the place.

We had a wonderful time in Calgary-Banff Best Garden single house. It is one house divided to rooms for rental with a shared kitchen and living room. The room we got fit all our needs. It was very clean, the shower and bathroom were private to our use only and very convenient. Helena was available for all are needs and very kind. We recommend the visit very much

The stay was excellent! The host was very accommodating and very thorough with instructions and I felt right at home during my stay. There was more than sufficient pleasantries that the booking had, such as a kitchen, a living room area and a proper dining table. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Calgary for a few nights!

The trust they give you as a guest, I really felt comfortable, also the order and cleanliness they have. The bed was really comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and would come back to stay again.

Perfect stay for those visiting Calgary. our room was great for a long stay with nice private ensuite. kitchen has everything you need. close to ctrain to get downtown.

The host was understanding when work plans required moving arrival date forward by two days, and made every effort to allow the booking to take place, and kindly welcomed during checking in and checking out. The room was comfortable and the garden was well cared for, a peaceful spot for reflection. Convenient location with fast access to Foothills County and beyond. Thoughtful touches throughout the space such as lighting on the path in the evening were all appreciated.

Before I arrived in Calgary I had been to Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and Vancouver, and without any doubt the accommodation here was the best one! I felt like I was back home! The bedroom was confy, everything in the house was neat, the kitchen was fully equiped, bathroom was clean, towels and sheets were great! If I have the chance, I'll return for sure!

This place is nice, clean, close to LRT crawfoot if you want to go downtown or banff, there is a shuttle behind LRT that goes all the way to banff! (Vivo green) The host was also always nice always checking in although I did not see her, I feel like she trusted me her place, it's a beautiful house and I have my own large private bathroom. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.. definitely I would stay here again.

Nothing really coz I'm travelling solo and I didn't use the kitchen much. But I think if u decide to cook, u have to be early in the kitchen coz my housemate ( a couple) takes so much time in the kitchen that I may not be able to cook if I decide too.

A very welcoming accommodation. Bedroom and Bathroom were clean and a great size. Also excellent location to get into the city.
