Staff behaviour.in tne name of booking.com room were not provided.they are selling on High rate.so they don't accept booking.

Location, rest everything is Worst in hotel.
Worst hotel I ever travelled. They even didn't changed the bedsheets. They said they change bedsheets after 2-3 day.
Poor hygiene.
Even charged 150 rps more for 1hour early checkin.

Dont know from where to start, right from the receptionist to owner and then to rooms and services..... everything was pathetic! Booked it online through booking.com and it showed a price around 600 for one night stay and after reaching the hotel at night around 2 AM the owner asks us to pay 800 and when asked why so, he just said my place my rules!!!!

I had booked a room at Collection OYO 2249 Hotel Blue Bird in Jaipur for 1 night from 11Sep to 12Sep 2022. I had used the Booking.Com app which directed me to OYO site where it was showing the lowest price.
Now, as per guidence of OYO Customer care, I reached there, the hotel receptionist simply refused me to allocate the room in this (booked) rate and asked me to pay the double of booked amount.
I contacted the hotel manager and he also revealed that OYO and Booking.Com are scam sites and they have received numerous complaints regarding these sites.
I also contacted the OYO Customer Care and they told that they can't do anything except booking room in other hotel at new rates.
Now, I had to make the double of payment instead of amount booked via these sites because it was very necessary for me to book the room as night was approaching.
I warn all traveller’s to beware of OYO/Booking.Com and also Hotel Blue Bird, Jaipur.
They will simply trap you with offering a lowest prices and then, at hotel they will charge you a double amount.

They charged 800 rs instead of 536 rs which was aggreement on application.
