Staff were very friendly, very responsive and respectful. The facilities were clean and good. The breakfast buffet was nice with variety of options to choose from. The hotel has free shuttle service from and to the airport (10min to airport, and close enough to the city center). I'd definitely book and stay again in the future and I highly recommend.

Nothing related to facility, the staff or the services. There are a some local stores at a walking distance from the hotel, but if you need to go far, public transportation may not be available but can always book a ride through mobile apps.

The location is good and close to the tramway and transportation with good prices. Also breakfast was good and clean

i disliked furniture it is a bit old . they should change it to new one and take care of cleaning the loby

i face the problem in the bathroom , and after talking with reception no one helping us regarding the problem
