Pool are nice but floor and pool tiles broken, sunbeds broken or covered in bird poop. Needs real maintenance.

Room was very dated ans small, not clean, curtains and cushions looked like they'd never been cleaned. Didn't want to shower, felt like I would come out more dirty. Staff were hanging around very close to you at breakfast, staring and ready to pounce on you as soon as tmyiu finished eating. Air-conditioning didn't really work and was very noisy. Too expensive for the condition of the place.

The room was not very large but comfortable and had all the amenities. We booked for B&B but got a complimentary lunch free of charge. Food was good too. The staff was very friendly. Beach is just outside the hotel.

Pool is beautiful but need a bit more maintenance.

we had a great time the pool at the hotel was amazing and staff were very friendly. We went on a snorkelling trip organised by the hotel which was exceptional, we swam with turtles and sharks. A very enjoyable stay!

The JKAB beach resort is situated next to the beach. The room we stayed had Sea View, and the resort had a good Swimming Pool, Restaurant with buffet, a play ground, and vehicle parking facilities. The resort has the access to the beach. The food was great but lot of oily and spicy foods.

At the arrival to the JKAB beach resort, no security officer was there, no welcome from the reception, and no welcome drink as usual even in lower grade guest houses. Check-in is simply filling a small form and paying the total fee. The room boys and staff seems not caring the guests with a friendly welcome. Bag handling is also not satisfied. The time that we checked in the resort was a rainy day. The room boy pushed our luggage on the muddy floor and the stairs to be climbed to the rooms is fully slippery, muddy, and dirty. It can be cleaned frequently or else a lift can be fixed to give the guests a pleasant and comfortable feeling at the arrival. The worst experience was at the entrance to the room. At the first sight, the bed was dirty with many patches on the bedsheets and even hair was everywhere. We were a family with a small kid. Only one towel was there in the room and that also seemed a used one. Luckily we had brought some towels with us. However, the bed seemed to us very unpleasant. So, I informed the Manager, and he even did not apologize for the inconvenience happened to us. He told me that he will send a room boy to check. After a long time, two room boys came and changed the bed sheets. Until that we were waiting, and this check-in was the worst one in a hotel for us in our life time. The bathrooms were smelling and not very clean. I think JKAB beach resort must seriously pay lot of attention to make their rooms cleaner and pleasant for the guests. Basic facilities that are available in even lower grade gest houses like a hair dryer, shampoo for bath, at least two drinking glasses and cup & saucer, complementary beverages, etc.

Service is good. The location is also good. The room was small but that was fine as my family is small. Value for money spent. There was a great pool. Good reception service. Beach is very near. Breakfast had a variety. It was a buffet which was great.

The friendly and helpful staff. They accidentally let me pay to much for a meal (I didn't notice) but they noticed themselves and brought me the money back. The swimming pool is big and clean. Comfortable bed.

I visited Trincomalee for work purposes, i just found such a wonderful place for my stay (JKAB Beach Resort). The property provided me with excellent service to me, and I appreciate it.
