Beautiful building and even more beautiful apartment. Our room was perfect, overall it looks and feels very luxurious.
There was loud music playing from bars outside until 2am, it wasn’t a big issue for us as we tend to stay up quite late but it may be annoying for others. I also wish there’d been eggs with the breakfast as we requested.

The room is full of facilities and the management is very kind.
The B&B is in the center of town and the problem is that some cafes and bars are open till 2am and may be very noisy. I had to call the police since past midnight the music in the street was very loud

There was little light and fresh air; bathroom smelled of humidity; there was one night when we couldn’t sleep until 2 am due to some local festivities

Beautiful old and charming building at a great location in the old city centre. Very nice, clean, and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful people. Delicious breakfast delivered to your room. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

This was by far the best B&B I have ever stayed at. The property is conveniently located in an elegant building in the center of L'Aquila. The property common spaces were amazing and the rooms were spacious and clean. The communication with the owner was perfect. Plus: room service (breakfast) was included; definitely good price for money. I would highly recommend.

An elevator would have been a convenience for our heavy luggage. But we managed and we had a wonderful stay.

Il bagno era ottimo, bellissimo doccia! Staff very efficient. Breakfast was very satisfactory. Well equipped room, including even a mini gym!

Breakfast was excellent and it was served into the room exactly the time agreed. Personnel was very friendly and had good serving attitude.
Personnel had limited english skills, but common understanding was achieved partly by hand marks.
