The property itself was a lovely place to stay, it had everything needed such as kitchen utensils and a free washing machine. Great location with shops and restaurants very close by, also has a nice pool.

Prior to even getting to the accommodation, we had an awful experience with the owner over Booking.com. We booked under the impression that the stay being £16 per night, however upon confirmation it ended up being £24 per night for 3 nights with well hidden fees. We contacted the owner to waive the cancellation fee as we wanted to stay elsewhere, but they declined and told us to contact Booking.com for further help, they also questioned our understanding of English when i asked politely why they declined the waiver and said they will not be replying any further. Overall they were extremely rude and unhelpful, as well as the wifi going down for 6/7 hours due to the wifi being unpaid, we had to chase the owner to get this sorted too. The customer service was a great shame as the property is perfect for a couple to stay.

Great house for family on vacation. complete with washer machine, kitchen and tv. High up in the sky view was nice to see.

Basement parking was hard to exit as it was so narrow and was expensive. Outside and back parking was somewhat dangerous for the night.

very hard to find the keys, everything happens on the internet, I had no contact with the rental company before finding the mailbox where the keys were

the staff who handled our booking was not friendly and apologetic when contacted for the water disruption when requested for room changed. my worst experience so far for booking a property with booking.com. 1- water was cut off as property owner did not pay the water bill. 2- unfriendly staff. 3-flooding due to broken hose of water pipe at the kitchen sink area. Flooding inside and outside the room after water was restored. 4. decor was old at its original stage. 5. washing machine was not working. will definitely not recommend this property to anyone.

the property was deceitfully advertised and made us think that our apartment had a private pool and balcony. the apartment gave off a very discomforting feeling so my wife and I didn’t stay even for an hour. the owner didn’t want to communicate with us and come to a compromise. he was rude and disrespectful.
