Only Continental breakfast available, and limited. Advised that cooked breakfast available close by in the village!
What really annoyed me was that, in order to book 2 rooms, one for myself and wife, and one for my sister, that I had to pay double occupancy for both. Room rates were high, reflecting Bank holiday weekend.

Excellent location in the heart of Snowdonia. Staff were very friendly. Room clean and well furnished with large bathroom. Kitchens were closed when we first arrived so only a continental breakfast on offer which was adequate for our short stay.
Room service is only on request which wasn’t pointed out to us on arrival. I think room service should be a given in a hotel. The room was a little cramped but in contrast the bathroom was huge - a better balance between the two would be better.

it was lovely, very nicely refurbished, a lot of thought and care went into the refurbishment. just a few tweaks needed to get it perfect - but otherwise it was great. The bedrooms were amazing and a great comfortable bed.
no toiletries in the bathroom- we stayed 3 nights and the room was not made up once during our stay. the towels were not changed, the bed not made up and the tea, coffee and milk in the room not replaced. had to ask for a toilet roll to replace the ones we used.

Location was great, hotel was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly.
No toiletries provided at all - we were not informed of this beforehand. So after driving 7 hours to get there, arriving late at night, and then finding out there is no soap in the bathroom... not great.
No hot water first day - though this got resolved the following day.

No wifi at all in the hotel, and only certain networks work (EE/Tesco).
We found out that this hotel only recently reopened, and so these items will likely be addressed in the coming weeks. However, given there were so many issues, the price for these rooms should have been lowered accordingly.

It was closed when we got there so spent the first 5 hours of our holiday trying to find alternative accommodation. They had already taken payment. too.

We booked this hotell to surprise my parents that came over here to visit us in Liverpool from Sweden and to celebrate my dads 70th b-day. Payed and everything, got comfirmation and reminder notification a day befor aswell. We got there to find out that the hotell is permanently closed. Very disapointing,how can this even happen. Waiting for refund from booking.com...☹️☹️☹️

Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and lovely staff upon arriving and at breakfast. Very relaxed and what was expected in Bedgellert not looking for boutique style hotel, would definitely come again. Thankyou

Lady in breakfast was lovely. Breakfast was lovely with god selection of food. Ate in the restaurant and the food was okay but expensive. Very friendly welcome, all bar staff were great. Fantastic location in the heart of the village.
We stayed in a pet friendly room. However the room condition had nothing to do with pets. There was a large amount of damp on the wall, cobwebs, dirty tiles in bathroom, blind hanging off on the corner, dirty skirting boards and dusty carpets.
Creaking floorboards and slamming doors. Yes I know it it an old building and they are fire doors but we didn’t sleep for two nights because of it, so take ear plugs.
Shuts early in the bar, often closed by 10pm.
We paid £170 per night for the room and the standard was not what we expected.

Great place to stay , Zoe the Manager is Brilliant and her staff are great.
Room was perfect as was the Bed , everything was spotless to.
The food was very good but Breakfast was EXCELLENT 👍🏻 10/10 Stay, would stay here again in a Heartbeat.

Rooms looked lovely, beds comfy. Staff very friendly, great location. Food in the pub for dinner was delicious. Good selection of options for breakfast
Rooms were very hot but the windows do not stay open unless you wedge something in it. Fan in bathroom didn't turn on so it got very hot and steamy in there when showering.

Breakfast range was good, it was actually better then dinner. The staff were excellent - friendly and attentive. Loved the room, the view and the location of the hotel.
WiFi kept dropping out (but that could be the location). Dinner menu was quite limited.

I liked the fact your hotel is dog friendly how hopefully will stay with you again and take my dog with me so we can enjoy these walks. All staff was professional and friendly.
That the kitchen closes at 7pm as use to places serving food until 10pm were im from.

The bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. The location and views were stunning. Liz who served breakfast was really friendly.
The other staff were truly shocking. Absolutely no interest in serving, helping or having customers. Its a wonder the business is still operating. It was like a scene from Faulty Towers. We actually saw 5 staff members make themselves a coffee from the machine (lattes, etc) to then tell customers only 10 minutes later that they "weren't serving coffee". I feel really sorry for the owner as the stuff will run the hotel in to the ground. My views match so many others on review sites yet nothing is being done. Its a huge shame as the hotel could be wonderful in the right hands.

Breakfast was really good. Waitress Liz was really friendly and provided great customer service. Location is great.
The Wi-Fi doesn’t work staff said they can’t get anyone to fix, dirty rooms. Beds not made up during stay. Majority of staff are totally demoralised and make you feel like you are a hinderance. Food and bar closed really early. £125 a night you should at least expect some service but at this hotel it is none existent. Only opens Friday to early 2pm Sunday. Real shame as other local pubs and restaurants were vibrant so it’s not lack of customers.
