Location and apartment style.

It was very hard to locate at first. There was only 4 coffee pods to last 3 days. Also no shower gel or hair wash.

Location was excellent. Beautifully done out apartment with comfortable beds and a good shower. Exceptional views.

property was not properly cleaned which some sticky dirt in the middle of the living room whilst cleaning is charged 70euros extras! sold as a 5 people stay but the bed in the living room sofa was undone with no bed sheets to make the bed and the living room windows don’t have blinds or curtains so person sleeping there would get woken up by daylight

Location, beds were comfy. Good air conditioning. Modern

The lock on the door could make the door difficult to open if you hadn’t worked out the ‘knack’! Lots of stairs, which was fine for us as relatively young but would be difficult for less able people or anyone with big suitcases

Amazing location inside the city walls!

Unfortunately a number of things: - there are 4 flights of stairs to get to the property. It wouldn’t hurt to mention this in the listing so people are aware. We had a disabled person travelling with us and it was a disaster, they fell on the stairs and were injured. - the air conditioning was blowing hot air around in 31 degrees. They were quick to fix, once we realised the room was not getting cooler after 3-4 hours we reported the issue and it was fixed within 1 hour. - the lights flickered in two of the rooms like a strobe and couldn’t be used. - the owner of the apartment below was harassing us about water damage leaking from the room into his apartment. He harassed us twice, was very angry and said he’s been trying to get the apartment owner to fix but he never pays any bills. He was turning our water off as a result. When we tried to leave he harassed us again.

The apartment was very compact for 4 people. Loved being in the centre of town. Lovely decorated apartment. Having a balcony was great, and very comfy beds.

The 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment but wasn't a problem just hadn't realised there was 4 flights. The door into the apartment was a pain to open as you had to put key in the lock, then pull it out to turn slightly then push against the door by keeping the key sage holder from falling down (what a palava). Didn't like being woken up 6.30am on two mornings by builders drilling like mad, the apartment was vibrating. Not very good not having a wardrobe in main bedroom only low shelving unit. The towel cupboard could have been used but was locked. I lived out of suitecase for 4 days. No mirror in bedrooms to do make up so had to wait rest of family to finish using bathroom. Mirror in lounge is in wrong place to be useful. The light hanging down low in middle of lounge was a pain, husband kept banging into it.

I think the description of this apartment is very misleading. That along with a few major issues and some minor ones which could easily be rectified meant our stay was disappointing. It does not mention in the description that the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs - really not suitable for my 78 year old father with health problems who was travelling with us. No working lights in the communal staircases (3 flights) at night - unnerving when the main entrance door out on to the square was always wide open when we arrived back at night. Internal apartment door was difficult to unlock - nearly resulted in a couple of late night calls to the owner to let us in No safety deposit box as advertised No sea view as advertised Bedroom space was terrible - the twin room was tiny and there was nowhere to put suitcases. Double bedroom was larger but with a sloping ceiling - no hanging space or drawers - not even a coat hook. Just under eaves cupboards which could only be accessed by crawling on the floor. Gap above the door into the living space makes quiet and privacy impossible. No mirrors or dressing tables in bedrooms Only three pegs to hang out washing - so couldn't dry all the bath towels and the heated towel rail was not working No plug in the sink for washing up No draining board - dishes have to be precariously stacked on the edge of the sink.
