Apartamento bien situado y cerca de zona de aparcamiento gratuita. .

Falta de limpieza. Personal poco agradable y resolutivo. Olor a tabaco. Instalaciones viejas y mal cuidadas.

La localización, la habitación, la cama, el jakuzzi… todo genial.

Igual la habitación necesita una revisión para restaurar ciertos detalles meramente estéticos.

La bañera hidromasaje, la amplitud del apartamento, lo bien equipado que está y la ubicación. También destaco el personal de oficina a la hora de ir a recoger las llaves y el que estuvo hablando por whatsapp con nosotros, se tomaron las molestias de explicar todo clarísimamente para que nuestra llegada y estancia fuese perfecta así como de hacernos varias recomendaciones sin pedirlo.

Frankly I think I have shown restraint and politeness throughout this experience. It’s really frustrating when a property advertises WiFi and there is none. You plan to work and have to go to the restaurant to work for adequate connection. I can send over a Speedtest.net test which shows upload of 0.35 mbps which might as well mean 0 WiFi. The property is not as advertised : - No working WiFi - No working Jaccuzzi - Fish smell when entering apartment - extreme Sulphur egg smell when turning on Jaccuzzi for 20 minutes - this same smell permeated the entire apartment and we had to sleep through it. We had to close the door that connects the Jaccuzzi and the second door to the main room as the entire apartment stank! This has been extremely frustrating for us and has severely impacted our stay? I’m really disappointed with the experience frankly. I have contacted the property who asked me to start the compensation process through booking.com. They have expressed some acknowledgement at the issues vowing to fix the WiFi issue and to inform their cleaning teams to clean the Jaccuzzi properly none of this has helped us. They also claim that an electrical storm may have affected WiFi and sewage but This is a poor excuse and not valid as the WiFi I was working at the restaurant was working fine. I think they try to get away with a single WiFi connection for Multiple flat instead of investing into sufficient WiFi for all flats. The disgusting sulphur smell in the Jaccuzzi is just down to poor cleaning and sanitary conditions and really concerning health and sanitary potential consequences. This property could be considered unsafe for other guests.

Perfect for the old town, very clean and the owner very friendly.

Very nice apartment, but a little too crowded with furniture. Searched on parking filter, but no parking, although lucky to find street parking nearby.
