This is a amazing spot, close to the beach and the kitchen is so well stocked. Love all the thoughtful touches and cookware.

We LOVED this property and will return one day… Easy walk to the beach, AWESOME communication with the owner, and was so nice to have a hot tub after the Christmas parade and shopping all day! This property was also easy for my elderly dog to get around with only 1 flight of stairs. The owner even decorated the cottage for Christmas which we loved and appreciated so much!

Looking for a perfect Outer Banks cottage experience, this is the one. Perfect location across from the beach that leads to sunrise walks and looking at beach night stars. The sunroom is great for a coffee in the morning looking out at the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, even for a Thanksgiving dinner. The living space provides plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. We enjoyed the hot tub on a cold starry night. And Cindy was so friendly checking in before we came. We hope to return and are grateful for this perfect stay.

We had 4 adults here for the week. This home is very lovely. Nicely decorated, extremely clean and felt like my own home. Reservation process simple, the owner was extremely easy to work with. Would absolutely rent The Good Stuff again.

The house had plenty of space for all of us to spread out and had easy access to the beach across the street. We didn’t do any cooking but totally could have, as there were huge sets of dishes and cookware. The main bathroom upstairs was nicely updated and the rainfall type showerhead was really nice with plenty of pressure. We would happily stay here again!

Couldn’t have picked a better place. Proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities is perfect. Sun room is a wonderful retreat to enjoy morning coffee. Plenty of space for a family of 4, including two teens. We will be back.

We stayed a week at The Good Stuff and it met all expectations and more!! The house was very clean and well stocked for anything we wanted to cook. It was close to many attractions. We visited the Wright Brothers Memorial, visited Roanoke, went to see the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, the Aquarium and Elizabethan Gardens and took in the Wild Safari tour to see the wild Spanish Mustangs. My son and his girlfriend took an airplane ride and we still had time to relax on the beach!! Thank you Cindy for a memorable week!! We made many family memories together! ❤️ Your recommendation for the seafood market was great also!! Would love to come back again!

This was our second year at this property. And we keep coming back because it is the perfect space for our family of 4. We love how close it is to the beach. House is stocked with anything we may need which is extremely convenient. Its always a pleasure staying here and we will be back next year.

Loved OBX! First time ever. The house was in a perfect location. It included lots of little things as extras that we would have had to buy, or forgot to bring. Downstairs was perfect for the older kids, and the adults stayed upstairs. Right across the street from the beach. Clean, roomy, comfortable, and at a very reasonable price. We have already booked 2 weeks for next summer. Cindy was great too!!!!

We absolutely loved this house. It had a lot of natural light, beautiful view of the ocean, nice clean working hot tub. It was near mp3 and it was in the perfect location!!❤️❤️ Perfect place for our honeymoon!

Our stay was perfect! The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need to get our stay started. Communication with Cindy was easy and she was always helpful with any questions from time of booking all the way to departure! This home helped make our short get away perfect! Weather was less than ideal during our stay which forced us to spend a lot of time in the house. We were very fortunate that it was well equipped with games and other things an 8 year old would enjoy doing. Location was great. Would certainly consider renting again. Thanks for a great week!

Cozy and good vibes. Easy short walk across the street to the beach. Hot tub was perfect to end the evening. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, and everything you need. Sunrises from the sun room and sunsets from the back deck. Would highly recommend this home!

This house is fabulous for families. We loved that there were boardgames, puzzles, fully stocked, kitchen, and great linens. Cindy was so kind, friendly, and easily reachable. Would stay at this house again. VERY CLEAN!

Had a wonderful 3 weeks in Kitty Hawk in January. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation/experience. The cottage was extremely comfortable, amazingly well equipped with anything one could possibly want or need. Felt like home, but with a beach and nice ocean view right across the street. Quiet, with little traffic this time of year. Didn’t meet our host, but communication with her was excellent. Loved the cottage, hated to leave, would love to stay there again in future. Thank you, Cindy!!

We loved the house. It was a perfect house for just the two of us, but could fit a family as well. Great location especially during the offseason when things are quite and not everything is open.

The location of this property is simply amazing. A minute walk to the beach. Stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals, a washer and dryer on the main floor, comfy beds, and so much more.

This cottage was perfect! The kitchen it stocked with everything you would need. Extremely clean. Cindy and her family are wonderful! We had a few rainy days, the pool table and hot tub were great. Such an easy walk to the ocean. We truly had the best time! Watching the ocean while having coffee in the sunroom was a favorite of mine. And the beds were very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back next year! Thank you Cindy for providing a place for great memories!

We had one of our best vacations ever in the Outer Banks. Cindy was an excellent host and the Good Stuff was absolutely perfect. It was clean, well stocked home and provided great entertainment with the pool table, hot tub, and the Wii. Great location with a very short walk to the beach. We look forward to staying here again on future trips and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

My family and I had such a great time here this past week. The location is amazing, you have everything you need to cook your meals right there at the house, the hot tub was so relaxing, Cindy was quick to reply to any questions.... I could go on and on. Loved it here!

We had a great time. Location was perfect, just a walk across the street to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. The house was tastefully decorated and the sun room was perfect for relaxing. Pool table was a lot of fun too. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this spot if you are looking for a beach getaway at OBX.

Perfect cottage for our family, everything you’ll need is here. Very clean and cozy. A short walk over the dunes and you’re at the beach. A short drive to unlimited restaurant choices. A big hit for us was the pool table and hot tub. A great week in the sand. Thank you

We had an enjoyable time at the cottage. The weather was perfect and the cottage accommodations were great. We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Our only wish was a deck on the front to enjoy in the afternoon & evening. The back deck was often too hot in the afternoon. Otherwise, a great stay! Thanks so much.

I had booked this as our first family vacation since 2000. I was really shocked how close the house was to the beach. There’s a dune entrance directly across the streets (which gets pretty hot) and a public beach access three houses down. We parked and went right to the ocean as soon as we got out.
Cindy’s daughter was staying in the house behind us and introduced herself if we needed anything. The place was so well stocked we didn’t need a thing. From irons, to a crockpot, to sugar for coffee, this house had everything. The upstairs was great and the tv is wifi equipped so you can mirror ESPN from your phone (a must for us!). I do wish the downstairs accommodations were a little bigger. Especially if there was a safety rail outside the shower.
I am the first to admit I’m now a hot tub convert. I thought it was a little silly, especially in the summer, but when it’s 75 and there’s an ocean breeze it feels great! We used the gas grill to grill out a few times and the hose was perfect for washing sand off a little dog. The location is a short drive away to everything. You can walk to Art’s Place for a quick bite to eat whenever you want.
