Ospitalità e cura dei dettagli ai massimi livelli. La struttura è bellissima. Le 3 camere da letto sono sufficientemente grandi (alcune danno su un delizioso giardino interno) e i letti comodi. Le stanze comuni sono spaziose e molto confortevoli. Posizione perfetta per una comoda visita al centro di Gubbio. Ideale sia per un soggiorno veloce o una vacanza più lunga, sia con amici che con tutta la famiglia. Staff cordiale e pieno di attenzioni per l'ospite. Le recensioni positive ricevute sono decisamente meritate. Consigliato.

Right at the heart of Gubbio

Very old property with creepy decorations. Outdated installations and utilities. Owner is quite bossy.

The place is a true gem! the very. Huge, beautifully appointed house in the middle of Gubbio historical center with a private garage. You cannot do any better! Great beds, very clean. And the garden is something out of a dream! Warm and personable host Elena came every morning to make breakfast for us. This is absolutely one of a kind house for vacation in Umbria! And the price is very reasonable

Hot water pressure was not very strong. Maybe water heater could use a repair or replacement

The property is very close to the centre of the Centro Storico and is itself in a very old building. To the rear is a garden full of birdsong, so it is possible to joy being outdoors even in the heat of the day. Arrival arrangements were made with Federica ahead of our stay. During our stay we were wonderfully looked after by her cousin Elena who met us off the little bus and welcomed us to the property. She also made breakfast for us each morning and taught us how to use a Bialetti!

Arrangements and communication with the host was brilliant from before we even arrived. Friendly, informative and helpful. We were met in a central location and guided directly to our ample parking garage just next door to the accommodation. Elena hosted us with a wonderful breakfast each morning and we left Gubbio with a new friend! The house is spacious and comfortable, offering every amenity. Fresh towels, extra blankets, hairdryers & shower gel. Feels like a home away from home, beautifully decorated in authentic Italian style with memorabilia and books of regional relevance. Elena also offered additional information and contacts about shops, restaurants and activities in and around Gubbio. Thank you Vescovado 7 - we will be back!

The house and garden are gorgeous. The house style is absolutely unique and full of art, maps, collections, and interesting books. House location is excellent. It's close to all kind of businesses and Gubbio's main attractions, but still far from the noise and crowds. The owner is as exquisite as her house. SIG.ra Federica is so gentle and very attentive to her clients desires. She even call us during our struggles to get there to check if we were safe. Her team, Ms. Elena, Ana & Francesca, went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Unforgettable experience! 5 stars

To drive the car we rented in the historic area! It was a big challenge during holidays. There's nothing I didn't like about the house and my lovely hosts.
