Everything about this place was great except that it was too hot. It is a nice size, well-stocked and conveniently located next to a tram stop and near a small grocery store.

The in-floor heating made the place uncomfortable to stay in for long periods, even with the windows open. The management was able to provide a fan, which helped us sleep at night, but that wasnʻt a perfect solution because there was a lot of traffic noise from the busy street. If there is any way to control the amount of heat being provided to this particular unit, turning the level of heat down would make the place much more pleasant.

Location was good and the apartment was clean and tidy. Public transport was available almost on the doorsteps.

They should place more toiletries/towels/napkins etc., based on the length of the stay and by considering number of pax in that stay. I sent an email and next day they gave it.

The kitchen needs a good upgrade. no plug for the microwave, had to move it place etc. a dishwasher would be a big plus.

I liked the proximity to public transport and a number of hidden attractions like the Villa Patoombah and Botanischer Garten. There was an elevator so it was easy to bring my bag upstairs

This apartment badly needs an electric blanket. As there is no aircon, heater or fan, I would not stay here during peak summertime or peak winter. I cannot sleep on soft pillows. Eventually I had to roll a towel and sleep on that

Good location, tram right in front of city stay. Great staff, v prompt responses and phone on recep is helpful for people who did not purchase overseas phone call. Lift, it's a great help for huge luggages Laundry, coin laundry is cheap and easily accessible Kitchen - they even provide a list of items so you know what to find

Maybe for people which are not heavy sleepers, they will hear the trams around 5 am.
