Located one step away from the Arena this charming b&b is clean and comfortable. Spacious room with all the essential, comfy king-size bed; clean bathroom with free soap and shampoo. On top of that breakfast kit in the room with coffee machine, included coffee and tea capsule and biscuits. The owner is really nice and my overall review is 10. Great for a quick weekend getaway, raccomanded!

Location excellent very close to the arena, good room and bathroom space.

Walls don’t isolate much the noise of neighbouring rooms, you could see that the furniture was used, they weren’t kept in excellent condition.

There is black dot on the towel, not clean. Huge noise both from the air-vent in toilet and the air-conditioner in the room at night.. There will be no one around.. check-in & check out all reached by whatsapp instruction. I wouldn't call it as hotel, it is less than b&b or even airbnb.. there will be no one around.. not recommended for stay.

the airconditioning didnt work properly, so we were very warm.

Basically no breakfast, but went to nearby bar. There was a machine for coffee but I did not know how to work it. No problem

Free Coffee in the room, beds and bathroom very nice, make sure to agree on check-in time with the host! There was a little miscommunication with us, but caused no great delay.

this property is round the corner from the Arena, very central and close to transport and restaurants. We had one of three rooms and shares a kitchen/eating area with the other rooms and the area has a kettle and microwave. The room has a coffee machine with pods - topped up daily. there is a little Juliet balcony with a chair and the room was made up as a twin for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

The coffee machine needs the on/off button fixed, but it still works. The safe is broken. the air con works, but I think it needs serviced.
