Lovely stay…so good we extended our stay by a day.

Lovely modern, clean room. Originally booked for one night but extended as it was so nice.

The aircon wasn’t quite as effective as we would have liked - it was intermittent and blew directly at one of the beds. Not a massive issue though.

Poor attitude when speaking with staff on phone, very rude, did not see a single employee except restaurant staff (which is a separate business) room was not made up each day or bed made, towel change, coffee tea not replenished.

Not Relaxing at all . Needs a lot of updating

Rooms with view upstairs had limited view due to palm trees . We were told restaurant would be open at 5 pm . We got to restaurant around 5 told by extremely rude woman that restaurant was booked out and couldn’t get meals . We then had to drive around town trying to find somewhere to eat

Only one night stop over, but good comfortable accommodation and had a restaurant on site.

View from room amazing. Right across from the beach. Comfortable beds, clean room. Arrived after reception closed, but was well organised to get key and then pay when checked out (left early, so payment was deducted from my nominated account/card). Good value for money. Restaurant, although is run separately from the accommodation was lovely. good food.

our trip was a test run for future trips in Cardwell and it surpassed our expectations

Superior Ocean view with 2 beds. Exceptional view with a little patio which mum and I enjoyed lunch and dinner watching the sea

demountable style accommodation was average at best,smelt like smoked fish,clean enough,but floor stained. No bickies for my coffee

Min. 3 night stay in a town where most people are just passing through. Parking was limited and spaces were very tight.

Good location.. Oh also when I booked it didn’t say the cabin had a microwave but you should add this in the listing as it was helpful as we had leftovers then we could reheat 👍

Staff are amazing, very accomodating and friendly. Remembered our names and welcoming, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Rooms are very clean and location is A+.

No handrail for balance to get in and out of pool.

Relaxing overnighter.

The view of the ocean was lovely. Being pizza night in the restaurant, we had pizza. Beautiful pizza, delivered to our room. The bed was comfortable, and ample hot water for showering.

A small kitchen sink would be handy, as washing cups & dishes is a requirement when checking out.

Lovely place, highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Great place, enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed a leisurely swim in the pool and enjoyed sitting on our little balcony afterwards having drinks taking in the lovely view of the ocean.

The I only thing disappointing was that the restaurant wasn’t open - but everyone needs to have a break, so can’t begrudge them that! Found a lovely place to eat just down the road.

Pleasant

Location was great and our room was close to the restaurant where we had dinner and the food was great.

There was no hot water in our room and it appeared that most of the front motel rooms were vacant but we were allocated a room at the back street of the property.
