Great location Amazing view Friendly, helpful hosts

Everything was clean, well-equipped, nice; nothing broken; it was even better than in the photos. The hosts were kind. We could communicate in English easily. They provided everything we needed including information, assistance, etc.

The streets are a bit narrow but it's not the fault of the accomodation. If you're a good driver, it won't be a problem.

Little old but if u just need a place to sleep with a great view this is the one! I’d choose it again.

Staff: Ivana was very helpful and understanding and we had no problems with our requests. Room: There was enough space in the room and the lighting was also good. Bathroom: The toilet flushed properly and there was hot water. Shared Kitchen: It had all that one could need to prepare a meal. Going for a swim: There is a good spot where you can go for a swim right in front of the place.

Bathroom: The tap was leaking and the sound was very annoying during the night. Parking: There was a problem as to where to park the car since there are no dedicated parking places on the premises. We didn't understand that initially, and finding a place where to park in Prcanj was a challenge. Plan carefully in advance.

The view from the terrace is awesome. It's a good place to stay for the money you pay. The rooms are matching the photos.

The location was really good. It is about 7 km away from Kotor which made it more quiet. Our room had a view to the sea which was really nice and the owner was eager to answer all of our questions. However, if you travel by bus be aware that they are not reliable in the summer due to traffic (once we had to wait for an hour and the other for two whole hours it never came so we had to walk).

The room had a lot of faults. The window was both broken and it did not lock. Also there was a broken socket just above our heads on the bed something that seemed quite dangerous (the same existed in the bathroom, where the power cable of the electic boiler was just binded with duct tape, but it was just above the shower!). Last but not least for a three night stay there was only half of toilet paper. Even though we asked for more we did not recieve it.

Ivan and Ivana were very nice and welcoming. They answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of information about the location and activities to do during our stay.

I like the view from the balcony. Also, that the property was very close to the see.

We strangled to find the apartment. There wasn’t any sign. We knocked in a few door before we find the right person. The information on booking.com for the property was misleading. It was advertised with a spot next to the sea, with a table and umbrella. As a result I had an impression that it is part of the property. However, when I wanted to use the area, I was kicked out and told that it isn’t belong to property.

The house was just one street from the sea and there was nothing between our balcony and the sea. It was lovely to have you morning coffee, or dinner at the balcony. The house is not in the Kotor, but I found this a great advantage, as the area was very calm and quiet. You could always find transport to Kotor, abt 6km away. We used our car, but there were public busses, or you can rent a bike.

A bit more facilities in the kitchen would be good.

The location was good. Just beside the bay and all the rooms have balcony with a view of the bay.

The facilities in the rooms are not adequate. It was hot here but they don't have air conditioning. Also, the fan we got on the first day had broken legs, so it didn't work well. Also, the room is not that clean and the bed makes creaking sound.

Nice view, close access to the sea, unfortunately the terrible owner and manager ruined our group's stay.

Low standard of rooms, bathroom from 40 years ago, no toilet paper, no air conditioning. Very false owner. Attention at every turn. No sunbeds, problem with receiving an invoice. Very far from the center of Kotor, near 8 km. The worst accommodation in Montenegro in the last 5 years and stays in dozens of guesthouses. Better look elsewhere.

The room is big and clean, there is everything you need. You can lay on the lounge chair on the private beach. Sunsets and sunrises from the balcony were unbelievable.

Svaka preporuka! Mirno mesto za odmor, pruza mogucnost obilaska lepih mesta koja su jako blizu. Pre svega pohvala za Ivanu bez koje ne bi bila ista atmosfera a pritom je pazljiva, draga i jako gostoljubiva.

I had a great time staying here, the perfect location with amazing views. The apartment is on the bay and I could easily take the local bus into Kotor when needed. Would definitely recommend this place, and the great hosts who took care of me.

Only two small things - the decoration could have felt more 'homely' and the cooking rings in the kitchen (2, portable) were quite slow.

Near by the sea, very comfortable with beautiful view

The property had an amazing location and view from the terrace toward the bay of Kotor. The landlord was welcoming and sweet. She took her time to explain us about the sights we should see around. Very polite lady which made our stay even better. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Excellent value for our money.

I would recommend a TV to be placed in the rooms.

Apartment is not super new, but it's clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. AMAZING view through the balcony, when you wake up and see the bay and mountains it immediately makes your day better. Additionaly you just need to go out, cross the road and you can jump into the water which is perfect in the morning the day after ;) It was also very cheap, price/quality ratio on the highest level. Ivana - the host is very nice and helpful person. There are two restaurants and supermarket really close to the apartment, so you have all what you need nearby.

Pretty far away from the city center, but if somebody wants calm and quiet away from city rush it would be perfect localisation.

Great location - the beach is just across the street, the bus which can take you to the Kotor stops right next to the apartment. A few meters from the apartment there is also a market and several restaurants. The apartment was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The owner is a very nice and helpful person, she responds quickly to messages. There was also a possibility to rent bikes. I wouldn't expect anything more for the price

The view was nice... The location perfect: between Kotor and Tivat, a few minutes walking from supermarkets, nice restaurants and beach... We also appreciated the fact that we could use the kitchen and prepare our breakfast...

It was very hard to rest properly because of the heat and the moskitos... The beds aren't either too comfortable... The bathroom was noisy, smelly and not very functional...
